19、NTRACT Contractors general responsibilities 8 (1) The Contractor shall subject to the provisions of the Contract (a) construct and complete the Works and (b) provide all labour, materials, Contractors Equipment Temporary Works transport to and from and in or about the Site and everything whether of

20、a temporary or permanent nature required in and for such construction and completion so far as the necessity for providing the same is specified in or reasonably to be inferred from the Contract.,第一节 国际工程合同中的当事人,ICE CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT Design responsibility (2) The Contractor shall not be respons

21、ible for the design or specification of the Permanent Works or any part thereof (except as may be expressly provided in the Contract) or of any Temporary Works designed by the Engineer. The Contractor shall exercise all reasonable skill care and diligence in designing any part of the Permanent Works

24、roper performance of the Contract he shall obtain and provide to the Employer such security in a sum not exceeding 10% of the Tender Total within 28 days of the award of the Contract. The security shall be provided by a body approved by the Employer and be in the Form of Bond annexed to these Condit

The Contractor shall be responsible for the in

33、er 2 (1) (a) The Engineer shall carry out the duties specified in or necessarily to be implied from the Contract. (b) The engineer may exercise the authority specified in or necessarily to be implied from the contract. if the engineer is required under the terms of his appointment by the Employer to

34、 obtain the specific approval of the employer before exercising any such authority particulars of such requirements shall be those set out in the appendix to the form of tender.,第二节 国际工程合同中的工程师,ICE CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT Any requisite approval shall be deemed to have been given by the employer for a

36、structions (6) (a) Instructions given by the Engineer or by any person exercising delegated duties and authorities under sub-clause (4) of this Clause shall be in writing. Provided that if for any reason it is considered necessary to give any such instruction orally the Contractor shall comply with

(c) Upon the written request of the Contractor the Engineer or the Engineers Representative exercising delegated duties or authorities under sub-clause (4) of this Clause s
