3、duce peroxidate feed rate to Epoxidation to approximately 104,126 kg/hr rate. Place electric driven spare OSBL High Head TBA Flush Pump in off position and stand by spare pump at start if directed by Console Operator. Pull the ESD button to go to a Epoxidation hot shut-down then flush with TBA for a

4、 minimum of 30 minutes refer Epoxidation Shut-down to Standby”. Monitor the differential pressure on 1st Stage Primary Fractionator, adjustTBA flush as necessary to control column. DCS technicians will switch output from PT-25601A/B with PT-26201A/B and output from FT-25601 with FT-26201. This will

5、satisfy PALL-25601. Slowly open block valve #1 valve. Monitor operation of 01P0234-A/B pump. Verify the Kickback block valves on control valve FC-25418K are open. Slowly close minimum flow by-pass block valve on Epoxidation First Stage Reaction System backpressure control valve PV-23283. Control the

6、 output on control valve PV-26201 to maintain pressure on Epoxidation First Stage Reaction System PC-23283 to target pressure of 4.61 MPag. Open block valve #4 valve and block valve #6 valve to route feed through 01R0251-A. Contact Analyzer Tech. to block in AE-24719A/B. Monitor TBHP breakthrough on

7、 Epoxidation Adiabatic PFR-4B Reactor outlet analyzer using AI-25187B. Shutdown Propylene Recycle Epoxidation Feed Pump 01P0225-A/B. Slowly close block valve #3 valve, block valve #7 valve, and block valve #5. Slowly close block valve #10. Close block valve on High Pressure TBA flush below PSV-02303

8、 on process inlet line to 01E0235. Close block valve on High Pressure TBA flush below PSV-02235B on process outlet line from 01E0235.NOTE: At this time the 1st Stage Preflash and 1st Stage Primary Fractionator are bypassed. Close block valves on steam to reboilers on the 1st Stage PrimaryFractionator and cool Column down. Close block valve on top of 1st Stage Primary Fractio
