1、面落实 贵州统计年鉴 Guizhou Statistical Yearbook 主要统计指标解释员指按照法规定，在机构从事业务的执业员、助理员、行政人员、其他人员。办理文书 指处在一定时期内办结的文书件数。文书按司法部规定或批准的格式制作，包括国内 和两部分。国内分为经济合同和民事法律关系两大类。人民调解人员 指人民调解委员会委员和人民调解委员会聘任的，负责对人民调解法规定人民调解委员会可以受理 的民间纠纷进行调解的人员。调解民间纠纷是指人民调解委员会通过说服、疏导等方法，促成当事人在平等协商基础上自愿达成调解协议，解决民间纠纷的活动。批准、决定逮捕 指人民检察院对、机关、管理机关提出逮捕的犯

2、罪嫌疑人进行审查，根据事实， 依法做出逮捕决定。该指标主要反映人民检察院对提请逮捕犯罪嫌疑人进行审查后依法做出批准逮捕决定的情况。青少年罪犯指人民在报告期内发生法律效力的中14周岁以上不满25周岁的罪犯。其中14周岁以上不满18周岁的罪犯为未成年罪犯。基本养老保险参保人数 指报告期末按照国家法律、法规和有关政策规定参加基本养老保险并在社保经办机构已建立缴 费记录的人数，包括中断缴费但未终止养老保险关系的职工人数，报告期末参加基本养老保险的离休、退休和退职人员， 不包括只登记未建立缴费记录的人数。基本医疗保险参保人数 指报告期末按国家有关规定参加基本医疗保险的人数。包括参加保险的职工人数和退休人

3、员人 数。失业保险参保人数 指报告期末按照国家法律、法规和有关政策规定参加了失业保险的城镇企业事业单位的职工及地方 政府规定参加失业保险的其他人员的人数。工伤保险参保人数指报告期末依据国家有关规定参加工伤保险的职工人数和有雇工的个体工商户的雇工数。生育保险参保人数 指报告期末依据有关规定参加生育保险的职工人数。 城市社区服务设施数 是指社区服务站、社区服务中心、其他社区服务设施的总和。是面向老年人及家庭的商品递送、 医疗保健、家庭保洁、日间照料、陪伴服务等为社区居家养老服务的设施和突出综合服务功能，如党员活动室、就业保障网 络、社区卫生服务站、文化活动室、图书馆、“爱心超市”社区捐款接收站点、

4、警务站（室）、老年活动室、未成年人文化 活动场所等具有综合服务功能的设施。原则上，每个社区服务站设施的最低标准能满足社区居委会办公所需，并配置多功能 社区活动场所，建筑面积不低于200平方米。在此基础上可根据社区居民的实际需求，重点强化若干类服务功能。城市居民最低生活保障人数 指在报告期末家庭人均收入低于当地最低生活保障标准的持有非农业户口的城市居民家庭 人员及国家规定有门救济的特殊人员和60年代精减退职老职工救济人员等。农村居民最低生活保障人数 指报告期末家庭年人均纯收入低于当地最低生活保障标准的农村居要是因病残、年 老体弱、丧失劳动能力以及生存条件恶劣等原因造成生活常年困难的农村居民。-
