14、2(1. 吉林大学;2.中国第一汽车集团公司技术中心)【摘要】进行了CA4GD1型发动机进气系统、燃烧系统、燃油喷射系统、点火系统和电控系统等的设计。在优化进气道形状的基础上,对不同进气管长度和不同压缩比对发动机性能的影响进行了研究。试验结果表明,CA4GD1汽油机升功率为54 kW/L,升转矩为92.6 Nm/L;经济油耗区域出现在中低速、中高负荷区域,且等油耗曲线在横向拉伸较长,可满足发动机负荷变化不大而转速变化较大的需求;排放满足国IV标准,并具有良好的可靠性。主题词:汽油机 设计 性能 排放Development of High-performance Low-emissionCA4G

The test results show that CA-4GD1 engine performance target reaches 54 kW/L and 92.6 Nm/L; the economic
17、fuel consumption area occurs in the medium-low speed and medium-high load area, in addition, the constant fuel consumption curve extends transversely, which can satisfy the demand of small engine load variation whereas substantial speed variation; emissions meeting China IV, the engine has high dura
18、bility.Key words:Gasoline engine, Design, Performance, Emission基于有限元方法的发动机悬置强度改进设计姜 莞1 史文库1 滕 腾2 王清国2(1.吉林大学 汽车动态模拟国家重点实验室;2.中国第一汽车集团公司技术中心)【摘要】为解决某车辆发动机悬置橡胶撕裂破坏问题,建立了该发动机悬置的有限元模型,计算所得悬置的垂向刚度与试验结果基本吻合,验证了该模型的有效性。静态模型和动态模型计算结果表明,橡胶垫内部应力集中出现在受力面转角处。对悬置模型进行结构改进,并对改进前、后的试件进行了刚度测量试验和疲劳寿命试验。结果表明,改进后发动机悬置垂

The computation of static model and dynamic model show th
21、at the internal stress of the rubber pad concentrates at the corner of the stress-bearing surface. Structure of the mount model is modified, and stiffness measurement and fatigue durability test were made to the test piece before and after the modification. The results show that after modification,

23、大学;2.天津市公安局车辆管理所)【摘要】对使用低温等离子体(NTP)辅助催化型颗粒物捕集器(CDPF)的多元催化净化系统对柴油机尾气污染物的净化作用进行了试验研究。结果表明,NTP可有效去除柴油机PM,最高净化效率可达67%,且受柴油机运行工况影响较小,但受能流密度影响较大,且NOx的浓度均有不同程度的增加;使用NTP/CDPF多元催化净化系统,两种净化措施能形成优势互补,对柴油机尾气中NOx、PM等污染物有良好催化净化性能,去除效率分别达82%、31%。 主题词:柴油机排放 多元催化净化系统 NTP/CDPFStudy on the Removal of Exhaust Pollutant

25、ytic converter system equipped with non-thermal plasma (NTP) coupled with catalytic diesel particulate filter (CDPF) was studied. The experiments showed that the particulate matter (PM) from diesel exhaust can be removed efficiently by NTP, the efficiency is up to 67%, in addition, running condition
26、s of the diesel engine is affected slightly, but N/Q is affected substantially, and at the same time, the concentration of NOx is increased to different extent. In the NTP/CDPF system, the two removal measures complement each other, which contribute to its favorable abilities in catalyzing and remov
