Internet users generally prefer to browse on the internet news, listen to music, watch videos, play games, social networking and online shopping,

3、 etc. And how their behavior affects development of the Internet? These issues are also an important entry point for Sino-US study of Internet development differences. So we are very necessary to study the comparative development of the Internet in China and the United States. We first Pursuant to R

4、ule 24, China Internet Development Statistics Report Network CNNIC published findings, combined with the American PEW (U.S. Internet research firm) data on the status of the two network applications analyzed.Key words: Internet,development,differences, China, the United StatesChapter 1: Introduction

5、Internet users can obtain the following general network applications from the Internet: online games, online music, online video, instant messaging, with blog, online shopping, online stock trading, e-mail, search engines, online news, travel reservations, etc.First, let us look at the situation and

6、 characteristics of China-US Internet applications.Chapter 2: Chinese Internet users Entertainment, American Internet users consumeAccording to CNNIC survey, Chinese Internet users prefer entertainment on the Internet, listening to music, playing games, watching videos and other entertainment applic

7、ations network utilization rates above 60%, significantly higher than the United States. The U.S. Internet users prefer online shopping or spending, online shopping and tourist scheduled usage is much higher than China. However, the Internet and entertaining enough to make the Internet a force to pr

12、ere is a big gap. CNNIC survey data show that the low level of trust Chinese Internet citizens trading network , only 29.2 percent of Internet users believe that online transactions are safe. In the United States , although personal information and credit card security is also a concern of Internet

13、users , but the high acceptance of users online transactions , 78 % of U.S. Internet users believe that online shopping is very convenient , 68% of Internet users believe that online shopping saves them time . How to enhance the value of the network trading applications is an important breakthrough

14、in promoting the development of Chinas Internet economy.Chapter 3: Chinese Internet users are more interested in online socialAlthough e-mail to the highest utilization rate of 91% of the first U.S. Internet application, but utilization of timely communication, blog and other social class applicatio

15、ns, but significantly lower than the Chinese. Chinese unitizes too strong dependence on e-mail, and with a variety of instant messaging and video, audio chat tools, applications, e-mail application is in a declining trend. But the scale of blog users, instant messaging, forums / BBS applications suc

The users of the network news of all ages, in turn play a great commercial value of online media. Means that a large number of potential users of large-scale online adver
