1、经验问题。你听好:第一, 你应该明确这十分钟不是给你讲完一堂课的。你不必用完全部的时间,我建议你只要讲一到两个单词就可以了,时间长了作为应聘你的主管也会觉得烦,你上线的几率就小了。但流程要完整清晰和有趣。第二,试讲过程不是给你秀自己的口语有多棒,要注意 TPR(如果你不是从事这一行的,我就解释下:全身肢体反应教学法)的运用, 也就是肢体语言,全英文教学向来是比母语教学法更被看好的, 尤其如果你是应聘少儿英语培训学校的讲师,那一定要配合上得当的TPR来对部分语言解说。第三, 如果打算从事这各行业,也许你需要去许多家学校进行面试。那么我给你的建议是干脆事先在家写套十分钟的详案然后好好练,教案设计要

2、有趣, 单词流程清晰 (不要觉得说,万一到时候主管临时给我安排单词我怎么办,傻孩子, 一般人家会问你有没有准备,即便他给你安排, 流程是相同的, 套一套就 OK 了)自己熟练滴练好一套很棒的教案后应该就有很大的上线几率了。另:如果还有问题,可以百度里 HI 我,我给你写套面试用的教案。我从事少儿英语培训行业 ,当教学主管三年,目前在做教师培训师。教案六单元 Doing housework第一课时教学内容:牛津小学英语5A 第六单元,第一课时(A and B )教学目标:(一)知识目标:1、通过听、说训练,使学生学会打电话的方式。2、在听说练过程中,四会学习do houseworksweep t
