1、学校微型课题实施方案 学校微型课题实施方案一：学校微型课题实施方案案为切实抓好微型课题研究究，促进教师专业化发展，提提升我校教育科研水平，就加加强我校微型课题研究管理，规范研究过程，约束研究行行为。特作如下规定：1、“微型课题”可由教师个人人申报并独立承担研究工作，也可2人自由组合成立研究究小组，共同承担课题研究工工作。无论是教师个人单独承承担还是小组合作研究的，课课题批准立项以后，均须制定定切实可行的研究或研究方案案，并在规定时间内向学校提提交研究方案（表）和微型课课题研究月度计划。2、课题组成员一般不超过2人人，课题组长负责制定小组的的研究计划，并组织成员按计计划分阶段实施本课题组的科科研

2、工作。课题组成员必须有有明确的分工和各自的职责，做到围绕目标、分工合作，相互交流，相互促进，共同同完成课题任务。3、课题题承担者必须按计划组织实施施研究工作，月末要填写好研研究活动情况纪录，撰写阶段段性小结或反思，装入课题档档案袋。平时要主动向学校教教科室汇报课题研究推进实施施情况，适时邀请学校领导和和校内外老师参加有关本课题题的研究课、学术研讨、论文文交流及其他形式的阶段成果果交流展示活动。在课题研究究时间过半时，应及时撰写课课题中期。4、课题研究工工作完成时，应系统整理、准准备好各种资料，向学校教科科室提交课题研究方案、过程程管理材料、结题报告、“成成果表”等材料，提出结题申申请。5、课题

3、承担者要详详细记录研究活动过程，并注注意做好各种研究资料的收集集、整理、归档工作，每个课课题要建立一个专门的档案袋袋，课题结题时各种研究资料料要随袋递交教导处，由学校校作为教育科研档案保存。6、建立以校长为首，分管教教学副校长、教科室主任等骨骨干组成的微型课题管理小组组，负责检查督促学校各课题题承担者和课题组按计划开展展研究活动情况。组 长：杨国民副组长：陆建良 沈艳红 成琼 杨晓莉学校将把微型课题研究纳入学学校学期和两周工作安排的范范畴，在多方面为微型课题研研究提供方便和资助，协助各各课题承担者和课题组召开 “微型课题”研讨会，开展展“微型课题”阶段成果交流流、研究课展示等活动，并做做好阶段

4、检查工作，在学期期期末按学校制定的虞园小学学微型课题研究工作考核表（见附表）对各承担人和课课题组的研究工作进行专项评评估，课题结题时间协助承担担者成果鉴定及资料收集等工工作。7、学校对按照计划划正常开展活动、研究成果比比较突出的课题承担人和课题题组给予嘉奖：凡通过市局审审核鉴定取得结题证书的；按按期完成、研究成果显著的微微型课题，学校给予课题组一一定金额的奖励。8、学校校把微型课题研究列为学校教教师的年度考核评先、职称晋晋级以及学科带头人、骨干教教师评选的主要内容之一。附：微型课题的资料收集与档档案管理微型课题的资料料统一使用a4纸，按立项申申请表、月度计划、分月记载载、研究报告、论文，过程资

5、资料等装入微型课题档案袋，在档案袋封面按以上顺序列列出清单。微型课题的资资料由个人提交，教科室统一一收集和归档管理。微型型课题的资料应具备真实性和和实效性，反对络下载或抄袭袭。三点希望：一是各课题题研究人员要在学习中实践，在实践中探索，在探索中提提高；二是各课题研究人员要要在课题研究中学习如何研究究，学会研究。三是各课题研研究人员要在问题中不断发现现问题、解决问题。方案二二：学校微型课题实施方案 为使微型课题研究工作在我我校扎实有效地深入开展，真真正为教师的专业化成长提供供广阔的空间，进而促进学校校办学水平的总体提高，达到到学生各方面能力的发展。根根据县教研室和初级中学的文文件精神，结合我校实

6、际，特特制定本校微型课题研究的实实施方案。特制定本方案。一、指导思想，以科学学发展观为指导，以培养教师师的问题意识和科研能力为基基点，以促进教师专业发展，提高教育教学能力为目标，坚持面向实际，重在实效，通过微型课题研究，改进自自己的教学实践，促进教师自自身的专业发展，使教师不断断适应新课改的发展需要。二、研究意义通过微型课课题研究，帮助教师发现问题题、解决问题，提高问题意识识和能力，解决教育教学中的的实际问题，提高教育教学的的质量。通过研究，培养教师师的课题意识，学习课题研究究方法、流程，促使教师向科科研型转变。三、工作目标标1、研究和解决学校教育育教学中的实际问题。教师根根据自身实际，个人兴

7、趣，对对教学实践中发现的问题进行行立项研究，切实解决课堂教教学中的实际问题。2、引引导教师在实践中学会研究，成为学习者、研究者，提高高自我发展意识，将教育科研研与日常教学工作有机整合，促进专业发展。3、扎实实、高效地研究解决教育教学学中的现实问题，大力促进研研究成果的转化和推广，营造造浓厚的教育科研氛围，创建建科研型学校，促进教育教学学质量的全面提升。四、微微型课题研究计划安排及实施施流程（一）准备阶段（220xx年10月）以学科科教研组为单位开展教师交流流，主要交流在“课堂与教学学”中遇得到的问题与困惑，以确定自己的研究方向。流流程：教师个人申报课题（个个人学科组教研组）。学校教研室进行审定

8、并批批准。（二）实施阶段（220xx年10月xx年年5月）教师开展实践研究究：分析问题、寻找对策、实实践应用、解决问题、总结反反思（包括：查找相关的理论论文献与资料、收集他人成功功的经验与案例、记录自己的的教学体验与反思）。学科科教研组进行问题跟踪，组织织教学观摩和主题研讨。学校校教研室组织中期检查与交流流。让教师进行交流，通过思思想碰撞，点燃他们的求知欲欲望，促进教师的专业成长。（三）总结阶段（xx年年6月）1.教师总结研究究的成果，撰写结题报告。2.学校开展校级课题鉴定定。填写微型课题结题手册册，县级课题顺利结题。五、教师微型课题研究的管理理 实行个人、教研组、学校校“三级管理”机制。以个

9、人人自主管理为主。即个人负责责自主选题、课题申报、实践践研究、中期报告、结题总结结等。教研组负责组织交流与与分享、包括“选题”阶段的的指导和“研究”阶段的教学学观摩和主题研讨，课题推荐荐、开题把关、过程管理、中中期检查和全程评价。学校成成立“教师微型课题研究领导导小组”，由校级领导、科研研处、骨干教师以及有课题研研究经验的教师担任指导教师师，实行专业引领，具体工作作由分管科研的副校长牵头，教研室、教研组负责计划推推进安排，各课题组分头开展展行动研究。建立以校长为首首，分管教学副校长、教科室室主任等骨干组成的微型课题题管理小组，负责检查督促学学校各课题承担者和课题组按按计划开展研究活动情况。组

11、书的；按期完成、研究成果果显著的微型课题，学校给予予课题组一定金额的奖励。3.学校把微型课题研究列列为学校教师的年度考核评先先、职称晋级以及学科带头人人、骨干教师评选的主要内容容之一。方案三：学校微型型课题实施方案一、课题介介绍及研究背景 小学生生生活习惯与学习的关系的研研究对于大多数教师来说已已不是一个新问题，但凡在讲讲台上有过一年半载经历的教教师都能认识到小学生的生活活习惯对学习有重要的影响。很多教师都极力地规范孩子子的生活习惯，养成良好的学学习习惯。老师自身教学任务务很重，没有把工作做到位；家长对这个问题不重视不配配合，社会不良习惯侵扰着孩孩子，所以这个问题始终困扰扰着每位教师，得不到有

12、效解解决。再者，尽管很多老师意意识到这个严重的问题，但很很少人对其做系统的研究，采采取有效的措施。教育家陶行行知说“生活即教育”。究竟竟生活与教育之间能否划为等等号，暂且不论，但至少说明明这两者之间断然是不能分割割的。当下很多人片面的认为为学生只能以书为伴，以题为为友。忽视他们的生活习惯和和行为方式，导致在学习上提提不高，生活上不快乐，最后后讨厌一切。这就犯了一个大大忌把生活与学习孤立开开来。我希望我的研究能在局局部使这个问题取得一定的突突破。二、课题研究要实现现的目标（1）从理论和实实践论证生活习惯与学习的关关系（2）形成有效的训练练学生良好生活习惯的措施 三、课题研究的思路和设想想（1）观
