Life is not what other peoples thinking, but is your inside feeling.,Maybe this is

2、a kind of happiness.,Happiness is the way,Many people think that when they become rich and successful,happiness will naturally follow.Let me tell you that nothing is further from the truth.The world is full of very rich people who are as miserable as if they were living in hell.We have read stories

3、about movie stars who committed suicide or died from drugs.Quite clearly, money is not the only answer to all problems.Wealth obtained through dishonest means does not bring happiness.Lottery winnings do not bring happiness.Gamble winnings do not bring happiness.To my mind, the secret to happiness l

4、ies in your successful work.If you obtain wealth through luck or dishonest means,you will know that it is ill earned money.If you get your money by taking advantage of others or by hurting others,you will not be happy with it.You will think you are a base person.,Longterm happiness is based on hones

5、ty, productive work, contribution, and selfesteem.Happiness is not an end; it is a process.It is a continuous process of honest, productive work which makes a real contribution to others and makes you feel you are a useful, worthy person.As Dr. Wayne wrote, “There is no way to happiness. Happiness i

6、s the way.”“Some day when I achieve these goals,when I get a car, build a house and own my own business,then I will be really happy.”Life just does not work that way.If you wait for certain things to happen and depend on external circumstances of life to make you happy,you will always feel unfulfill

7、ed.There will always be something missing.,Sometime this is kind of happiness.Because they dont need to put something in the bottom of the heart.,Your lover, your family prepare meal, waiting for you to come home and eat it.Maybe it is a kind of happiness.,How do you think of it?,Daily life can be m

8、ade happier. It is a matter of choice. It is our attitude that makes us feel happy or unhappy. It is true, we meet all kinds of situations during the day, and some of them may not be conductive to happiness. We can choose to keep thinking about the unhappy events, and we can choose to refuse to thin

9、k about them, and instead, relish the happy moments. All of us constantly go through various situations and circumstances, but we do not have to let them influence our reactions and feelings.,Tips for Happiness in Daily Life,If we let outer events influence our moods, we become their slaves. We lose

10、 our freedom. On the other hand, we can free ourselves from outer influences. We can choose to be happy, and we can do a lot to add happiness to our lives.,What is happiness? It is a feeling of inner peace and satisfaction. It is usually experienced when there are no worries, fears or obsessing thou

11、ghts, and this usually happens, when we do something we love to do or when we get, win, gain or achieve something that we value. It seems to be the outcome of positive events, but it actually comes from the inside, triggered by outer events.,For most people happiness seems fleeting, because they let

12、 changing outer circumstances affect it. One of the best ways to keep it, is by gaining inner peace through daily meditation. As the mind becomes more peaceful, it becomes easier to choose the happiness habit.,Here are a few tips for increasing happiness in daily life: 1) Endeavor to change the way

13、you look at things. Always look at the bright side. Dont let the mind that may drag you to think about negativity and difficulties. Look at the good and positive side of every situation. 2) Think of solutions, not problems. 3) Listen to relaxing, uplifting music. 4) Watch funny comedies that make you laugh.,5) Each day do something good for yourself. It can be something small, such buying a book, eating something you love, watching you favorite program on TV.,6) Smile more often.,7) Always expect happiness.,
