1、2009年德化县初中毕业、升学考试英语学科质量分析,德化县教师进修学校教研室,引言：2009年福建省泉州市初中毕业生共97440人参加英语科毕业、升学考试。属二考合一卷。2009年我市中考考试形式包括两部分内容：听力部分（20）和笔试部分（80），(因今年暂不具备口试条件，仍然在笔试部分中考查“口语应用”，占全卷10)。试卷分两大卷：第一卷 客观题（四大题:85小题、105分）; 第二卷 主观题（两大题: 45分）。英语试卷采用答题卡，全市统一网上评卷。,1、英语科考试以国家教育部制订的全日制义务教育英语课程标准（以下简称为课程标准和福建省教育厅颁发的2009年福建省初中学业考试大纲和泉州市的

2、考试说明为依据，结合我市初中英语教学实际情况进行命题。,一、命题依据,2、命题严格按照课程标准中 “五级目标 ”的要求，努力做到两个面向, 四个有利。在突出学科特点的同时,体现贯彻新课程标准的理念, 在听，说，读，写的考查中，渗透思想品德的教育和思维能力的全面考查。 注重联系生活实际, 鼓励学生创新, 着力体现“考查学生用英语做事情的能力”的指导思想，有利于考生展示实际水平, 同时注意到有利于促进中小学教学改革,突出改革意识，有利于学生的终身学习。,二、试卷的结构和特点：,按照国家教育部英语考试应注重考察学生理解运用的能力, 重视对能力的考查, 降低对语法的要求, 试题保持了相对的稳定性和连续

3、性, 同时力求改革，稳中求变。稳中求新。如：按照省纲的要求，今年我市英语试题在主观题方面新增加了综合填空题，更加突出了对英语综合能力的考察。根据学科特点, 从传统测试向交际性测试转变, 从知识立意逐步向能力立意转变。,试题既要考查学生的语言知识, 也要考查其在有意义的语言环境中恰当且得体运用语言的能力,注重对义务教育阶段学生的基础水平测试。命题坚持以学生发展为本，立足基础，强调能力；突出语篇，强调语用；注重实际，强调运用。内容更贴近学生生活和社会实际，培养学生的责任感和使命感。力求做到易而不死、活而不难的同时今年的试卷仍保留了附加题，给学困生争取及格创造了条件，充分体现了人文关怀。,全卷满分：

4、150分；考试时间：120分钟。 第一卷客观题（四大题:85小题、105分）; 第二卷 主观题（两大题: 45分）。 分为五大板块：即 听: 20 30分、说 （口语） 10 15分、读 30% 45分（含第II卷的任务型阅读）、写 （书面表达） 10% 15 分 语言知识运用 30% 45分（主，客观题兼容：单选、完型填空和词汇）,1. 试卷的结构,2. 试卷特点,由于今年我市英语学科仍有（仁爱版）和（冀教版）两套教材，故而试卷要求严格按照课程标准，考点覆盖课程标准中一 - 五级目标要求（附表1），试卷从不同的角度直接或间接地考查了学生的听、说、读、写等运用语言知识的能力。同时也注意到试题应

5、对初中英语的教与学, 实施素质教育, 培养创新能力起到良好的导向作用，体现了时代发展的要求。,今年的试卷力求体现； 1).双基性：符合教育部的精神，既要重视考查学生对英语基础知识与技能的掌握情况，也要重视考查学生在具体情景中运用英语分析和解决问题的能力。如听力测试部分更加突出了对学生在日常生活交流中理解和获取信息能力的考查。试题的设置注重语境有意义, 把所有的考点都放置在合理而具体的情景之中进行考查，更具听力的特点，体现了听的功能。其中一篇是老师的外出通知，形式新颖，更加贴近学生的生活。单选题和完形填空题都设置具体情景。 2).科学性:试题的设置由易到难，难易适中。易、中、难搭配基本达到8：1

6、：1的要求。试题中对知识点的考查力求全面、基础，注意知识面的覆盖，双基并重，突出能力，分散难点，形成梯度，不出繁、怪、偏题。在保证基础分的同时，把握好 “度”的问题。力求总体符合考生的生理，心理，知识和能力的实际水平。另外，也安排了极少量综合性较强，灵活性较强的题目。兼顾毕业考及升学考二项功能。使试题结构总体具有较好的信度、效度、区分度。 3).导向性：按照课标要求，考察学生的观察、记忆、思维和想象能力。帮助学生了解世界和中西方文化差异。拓展学生的文化视野，发展他们跨文化交际的意识和能力。把阅读能力作为主要考查内容，着重考查学生理解各种题材和体裁的书面材料的能力以及从各种材料中获取信息的能力。

7、 4).公平性：试题面向全体，兼顾不同层次的学生，兼顾不同版本内容。,三试卷的评价,在师生们的共同努力下，今年我市初中毕业、升学考试英语科的成绩（平均分111.86、及格率74.73%、标准差为32.18、优秀率46.00%）比去年有所下降，但试卷仍得到了全市师生们的认可和欢迎。大家一致认为，今年的试卷体现： 1.评价观念新，注重体现新课程的理念 2.依纲据本，注重考查学生的语言运用能力 3试卷难度适中，知识涵盖面广 4版面的设计生动,活泼,情趣,1.试卷结构与分值分配,表一：2009年泉州市英语科毕业、升学考试试题双向细目表:,四考试质量分析,2. 2009年泉州市英语科毕业、升学考试质量分

9、评。,2. 笔试部分（表六） 2008/2009年泉州市中考英语笔试部分成绩统计表（全市）,从表中的统计可以清楚表明：试卷难度基本符合预定要求，比较恰当。,3试卷答题情况分析 （第二卷 主观题） 1（E）篇任务型阅读（5分） 本题分值5分，平均得分为4.25分。标准差：1.46。学生的答题情况良好，满分卷比较多，空白卷相对少。 该题既考查学生对短文的整体理解和对细节的把握，又要求学生有扎实的语法基础知识和自如地运用词汇的能力，比较全面有效地测查了学生综合运用语言知识的能力。有一定的区分度。如85、86小题。第82、85小题失分率最高。,* 具体失分情况为： 第81小题（50cm）：存在极个别学

10、生抄错数字现象。 第82小题（behind）：部分学生写成“shine、into、in front of”等，也有部分学生将单词抄错成“behing”。 第83小题（elbows）：该题出错的学生大部分是抄错单词，漏写字母、没加复数或加错复数，写成“elbowes”。 第84小题（exercise）：该题出错的学生大部分是抄错单词，漏写字母。 第85小题（straight）：写成“back, injure”或漏写字母“t”。 第86小题（top）：抄错单词占多数，写成“stop”的较多。,2词汇（25分） 1）单词归类（10分） 该题要求明确，能够较好地考查学生对单词的掌握情况。学生的答题情况

11、较好，本题平均得分9.22。标准差：1.39。考生在答题时容易出错的几种类型： *考生在答题时容易出错的几种类型： (1). 拼写错误，如 ticket拼为ticker, bread拼为break, panda拼为pande或panada, summer拼为surmmer等。 (2). 书写不规范，较潦草。个别学生分不清书写体和印刷体的区别。 (3). 有的学生没有理解题意，自己任意添加单词。 (4). 不懂词意瞎填的学生也有一些。,2）综合填空（5分） 这是今年新增加的题型，该题要根据短文大意选择方框内的单词,并用其正确的形式填入空白处，使补全后的短文意思通顺，语法正确,结构完整。目的主要是

12、通过单词的词形变化，考查学生对英语的词汇、句型和语法的掌握情况和阅读理解的能力。更加突出了对英语综合能力的考察。此题有一定的难度，平均得分只有2.99分，标准差：1.85。（去年平均得分为3.82分，标准差：1.81）。 * 考生在答题时主要问题： （1）由于不理解词意和短文大意，填入不恰当的词，导致句子意思混乱。 （2）能选用恰当的词填空，但词的形式不正确。如became, surprised 较多同学使用原形become 和surprise。 （3）相当一部分学生虽然能选用恰当的词，但由于不够细心，在抄写时发生拼写错误。 如将age写成ago, big写成dig, voice写成voise

13、, surprised写成suprised。,3）遣词造句 （10分） 本题要求考生理解图意谴词造句，主要考查考生对基本句子的掌握情况和语言综合应用能力。本题题意清晰，要求明确. 难度适中，给考生更多个性思维和自由发挥的空间。 本题满分为10分，平均得分6.82分，标准差3.07。优秀率高，总体得分较理想。评卷中出现很多新颖的答案，第100 题最为典型，答案最多样，最有创意，最能体现我们闽南地区博大精深、深入人心的茶文化，最能反映学生的创新精神及扎实的基础。如： 第97题： Reading newspapers is my fathers favorite. 第98题：We should of

29、面入手。试卷给出参考提示，既给学生一些启示，又不限制学生自主发挥的空间。大部分学生都能写出自己最真实的感受。本题有利于引导学生重视情感教育、树立正确的价值观。本题平均得分为7.56分。标准差：4.41（去年平均得分8.10分。标准差：4.44）。 阅卷过程中，我们发现考生作品中比较突显的特点： 1、引用谚语或俗语。其中以友情类和健康类的居多。 2、作品中的过渡词丰富，学生运用自如，使文章意思通顺、语篇更加完整。 3、在语言方面下足了功夫。多数学生在文章中除运用常见的句式外，还使用了主从复合句、定语从句等，为文章增色不少。更有甚者，将自己平时课外所学的英语知识直接呈现在卷面上，实属不易。,考生佳
