Shearer Rocker Spill1) Rocker Planetary Deceleration Floating Seal Oil LeakageThere are several causes of oil leakage in the floating seal of the rocker planetary reducer:

32、为采煤机主要组成部分,摇臂减速箱主要由壳体、一轴、第一级减速惰轮组、二轴、三轴、第二级减速惰轮组、中心齿轮组、行星减速器等组成。常见故障分析如下:1、采煤机摇臂漏油1)摇臂行星减速浮动密封漏油摇臂行星减速器浮动密封漏油几种原因:(1)行星减速器长时间工作,圆锥滚子轴承(轴承型号:32056)的滚珠严重磨损,造成行星架轴向窜动,浮动密封间隙增大,超出了浮动密封“O”型密封圈的弹性范围,进而造成摇臂漏油。(2)由于长时间煤尘的积累导致浮动密封“O”型密封圈长期使用而失去弹性。处理方法:(1)更换圆锥滚子轴承,(2)需要清理煤尘并更换浮动密封“O”型密封圈2)采煤机摇臂一轴漏油采煤机在工作过程中,截

33、割电机输出轴外花键与摇臂减速箱一轴轴齿轮内花键联接,按电机转速n=1470r/min,采煤机摇臂一轴为高速运转轴。当工作面煤壁地质条件突变遇到岩石或底板布局发生凹凸变化时,摇臂滚筒负载变大极易造成摇臂一轴过热或损坏直接致使老塘侧油封(油封型号:100*125*12)损坏,造成摇臂一轴漏油。也可能由于装卸过程中工艺不正确,造成油封在使用过程中快速磨损造成摇臂一轴漏油。处理方法:拆解摇臂一轴煤壁侧端盖,根据组成结构由于受到第一级惰轮影响,必须同时拆解摇臂二轴和惰轮,便于取去一轴更换轴承和油封。2、采煤机摇臂轴承损坏采煤机摇臂减速箱齿轮轴承中一轴最容易发生损坏。造成摇臂一轴损坏的原因如下:(1)摇臂

34、一轴属于高速旋转轴,在润滑不好、油质中含有金属屑超过规定比例,造成轴承加速磨损。(2)摇臂箱体内油量过少或加油过多均会造成箱体温升快、温度高,摇臂冷却水压力不足非常容易使轴承损坏。处理方法:(1)每班注意观察摇臂箱体内油质颜色,取少许油放在手上仔细查看是否金属屑过多,同时要保证每次注油的油质质量;(2)每班注意查看摇臂箱体内油量,观测油温并保证冷却水足够压力。二、液压调高系统常见故障分析和处理方法采煤机液压调高系统故障,按照顺序分步判断基本方法:第一步检查油箱油量是否符合要求;第二步查看吸油管路密封状况,是否存在泄漏,吸油过滤器滤网是否需清洗,是否存在棉丝等杂物堵塞现象;第三步查看油泵排油压力、低压溢流阀、高压安全阀;第四步检查调
