In the competitive market circumstances, the stock volatility has become one of the key factors which the supply chain of operation efficiency in chemical trade enterprise are conditioned by . Therefore, this article focused on the dangerous chemicals products, the integrated use of the theories and ways of inventory control, inventory management, etc, tries to further analyze the inventory optimization for the dangerous chemicals products, which may help such companies reduce inventory variances and cost. There are main components in the article as following: firstly, based on the review of the theory and practice on inventory management, proved the feasibility of application of inventory optimization on dangerous chemicals products; secondly, based on the analysis of the dangerous chemicals products of inventory management status, discussed the main reason of the dangerous chemicals products inventory problems and pointed the suggestion; thirdly, Base on the chemical inventory optimization purpose and the thought, use the related theory and experience of inventory management, developed a method to diagnose the dangerous chemicals products inventory problems and the tools to solve them; lastly, based on the case study in W company, Make the theoretical research results of this paper is perfect. In accordance with the existing research of inventory theory, proposed with vendor managed inventory method to study the inventory management of dangerous chemicals products, analyzed the problems existing in the inventory of dangerous chemicals products, discussed the way of inventory optimization of dangerous chemicals products .Finally, in accordance with the theory with practice, through to analyze the inventory of W company D series products, and showed the example how to optimization inventory with VMI.
