(Time: six minutes)Task 1: 1.First,the students read the words and phrases in groups.Then,read together and mark the difficult points. (they can ask the teacher for help)2The English teacher divides the whole class into several groups and translate the phrases after reading the article quietly in a rapid way.Then the teacher encourages them to master the usage of some key phrases such as “make me sleepy”,“the morethe more”and so on.3The English teacher chooses the better answers above to summarize the usage of “make”, and let all the students write the grammar of “make” on their notebooks.Task 2:The teacher palys the tape for the students. For the first time,students just listen.Play the tape again,then ask students to number the pictures when they listen.
