GraduateEmploymentReportCollegeenrollmentpolicysothatthenumberofstudentssurging,butalsoontheemploymentsituationofuniversitygraduateswhohavecreatedatremendousimpact,employmenthasbecomedifficultforanindisputablefact.Graduationonunemploymentseemstohavebecomeageneralpsychologystudents.Foreachuniversitystudents,theearlyplanningtheircareers,todeterminetheirowncareerobjectiveandsubjectivefactorsanalysis,summarizeandtodeterminethegoalscanbeinacompetitiveemploymentenvironmentinaninvincibleposition.Inresponsetothissocialphenomenon,wehavestartedonthecollegestudentsemploymentquestionnaire.Surveydataanalysis:Collegegraduatesareveryimportantonthetalentmarketofhumanresources,inrecentyears,withthelarge-scalecollegeenrollment,thenumberofundergraduatesinasharpincreaseinthenumberofgraduateshasbeenrising,isfollowedbygraduatesofemployment.Infact,graduatesandbusinessesintheabsenceofeffectivechannelsofcommunicationbetweentheenterprisesemployingthestandard,enterprisepersonnelselectioncriteriadidnoteffectivelypassthetimecollegestudents,collegestudentscultivatealackofmarket-oriented.Thismakesemploymentofuniversitygraduateslacksufficientinformation,resultinginblindnessofemployment.Collegegraduatesareveryimportantonthetalentmarketofhumanresources,inrecentyears,withthelarge-scalecollegeenrollment,thenumberofundergraduatesinasharpincreaseinthenumberofgraduateshasbeenrising,isfollowedbygraduatesofemployment.Infact,graduatesandbusinessesintheabsenceofeffectivechannelsofcommunicationbetweentheenterprisesemployingthestandard,enterprisepersonnelselectioncriteriadidnoteffectivelypassthetimecollegestudents,collegestudentscultivatealackofmarket-oriented.Thismakesemploymentofuniversitygraduateslacksufficientinformation,resultinginblindnessofemployment.Objectivesofthesurvey:Mainlyaimedatunderstandingtheemploymentexpectationsofcollegestudents,self-evaluationofthequalityofschoolcareersguidance,employmentsituationandtheviewsofthecurrentemploymentsituationaimedatunderstandingtheimpactofuniversitystudents;throughtheinvestigationoffactorsaffectingemploymentofuniversitystudents,andbetterregulatetheemployingunittherelationshipbetweenthesupplyanddemandandgraduates;forcontemporarycollegestudentsinthedevelopmentofcareerplanningtomakeanewdescription;tohelpstudentsknowthemselvesasquicklyaspossible,theschoolprovidesstudentswithemploymentguidance,toenablestudentstopursuecareers.Forstudentsinthefutureareferencetotheemploymentprocess.Findingsandrecommendations:Inthesurveylearnedthattheinformationontheemploymentconcernsofcollegestudentsisstillrelativelysmall,only24%ofthestudentssaidhadbeenconcernedabouttheemploymentinformation,while71%ofthestudentsconcernedonlyoccasionally,whentheysawandlistentothenext.Thedegreeofconcernontheemploymentscenario,adirectimpactonthepreparationsmadefortheselectedoccupationallevelandbroughtabouttheachievementsofthefuturelevelofemployment.Moststudentsexpressedconcernforthefuturework,butinreallifethereisverylittleofthisessentialeffort.TypicalYangaoshoudiperformance.Accordingtothissummaryintothereasons:1.Becausethestudentsarestillcozyandcomfortablecampuslife,theintensesociallife,thereisnotenoughunderstood.Remainedeconomicallydependentontheirparents,forgetthepressureonemploymentcausedbytension,suchastheschoolday,stilllife,school,classdismissed,forlackofanaccurateunderstandingofemploymentandawareness.2.Schoolscareerguidancenotinplace.Studentssaidthatalthoughtheschoolofferedcareerguidanceclasses,butonlyavaguetalkaboutsomegreattruths,thelackofarealoperationalcapability.Self-knowledge,includingpersonalinterestandexpertise,personalcharacterandvalues,personalgoalsandneedsofthechosenindividualsemotionalintelligence,personalworkexperience,personalqualificationsandcompetenceoftheindividualaspectssuchasphysicalconditions,isacareeranimportantpartofplanning.Insomeunitsoftheunderstandingthattheneedsofstudentsshouldhavethebasicqualityshouldincludeideologicalhealthandmorality,discipline,andstressingintegrity,goodcoordination,easyandothersincharacter,andwithstrongprofessionalandtechnicalknowledgeandbasiclegalknowledge.Surveyshowsthat60%ofstudentsbelievethatthedifficultsituationcausedbytheemployment,inadditiontosocialpressureandthatenterprisesemployingfewerfactors,themainproblemliesthelackoftheirownworkexperience,lackofactualcombatexperienceisafatalfactor.Atpresenttheoverallqualityofstudentsandabilitiesofindividualsmissing,outstandingperformancerelativelackofsocialworkexperience,lackofabilitytosolvepracticalproblems,thelackofhardpioneeringspiritofcooperationandcommunicationwiththepeoplethereareobstacles.Inthesurveyfoundthat57%ofthestudentsthatself-expressionandinterpersonalrelationsarethemselvesthebiggestjobencounteredproblems.Careergoalistobeexpected,therearesomepossiblegoals.Thechoiceofcareergoalsisnoestablishedformulaatall,thekeyistobebasedonself-reality,whichrequiresustounderstandthemselves.Toknowthemselvesthroughpersonalanalysis,itisestimatedtheirownabilitytoconfirmtheirowncharacter,findtheirinterests,identifytheirstrengths,tomeasurethegapbetweenthemselvesandtherebytodeveloptheirowntoshapetheirown,sothattheirtalentsintofullplay.However,investigationsshowedthatmoststudentsoftheirownabilities,interests,occupationtendtolackthedepthofunderstandingofthenaturalrightcareergoalistovague.Occupationalexpectationsfactorscanbedividedintothreeaspects,prestigestatusstabilityfactor(locationandunits,socialandeconomicfactors,thevalue(whetherornottodeveloptheirownabilities,theirideal),thevalue(theeconomicconditions,wagesandbenefits,).Thesurveyrespondentspayandbenefits,geographicallocation,nature,theirownideals,theeconomicconditions,parents,socialandeconomicfactors,canplaytotheirtalents,bythemselvesinthechoiceofwork,theroleofthesmallsort.Thechoiceofprofession,theprimaryfactorintheselectionofthepayandbenefits,geographicallocation,natureandtheirparentsdecisiontostudentsinthefirstpriority,followedbytheirownideals,canplaytotheirtalents,theeconomicconditions,socialandeconomicfactorsthatboysandgirlsthereisnosignificantdifferences.AccordingtothesurveyfoundthatthestudentstotheirjobsfortheunitnatureNegativeorpay,therelativelyhigh,butnow,theemploymentsituationdoesnotseemtoallowinexperiencedstudentstochoosejobs,collegestudentssrequesthadbeenreducedbymany,manystudentshaveexpressedtheirsupportforthefirstemployment,andthenchooseconcept.Inthefuturewillnotengageinprofessionalwork,thereare61?Studentsareacceptable,recruitmentunitstothedevelopmentprospectsandwages.Thecompanyinemployment,thereare58?Studentscanbeexpressedthehopethatthegovernmentdepartmentsandenterprises,andthepeoplewhoonlyafewenterprisesofthestudentssaidtheywouldconsiderthatthisisambitiousuniversitystudents,itseemsimpractical.大学生就业调查报告高校扩招的政策使大学生的人数飙涨,同时也对大学生毕业后的就业形势造成了极大的影响,就业难早已成为一个不争的事实。“毕业就失业”似乎也已经成为大学生的普遍心理。对每个大学生来说,及早规划自己的职业生涯,对决定自己的职业生涯的主客观因素进行分析,总结和测定,确定奋斗目标,才能在竞争激烈的就业环境中处于不败之地。针对这一社会现象,我们展开了关于大学生就业问题的调查问卷。调查数据分析:高校毕业生是人才市场上非常重要的人力资源,近年,随着高校大规模的扩招,在校大学生人数急剧上升,毕业生人数也逐年增加,随之而来的就是毕业生就业问题。而事实上,在毕业生和企业之间缺少有效的沟通渠道,企业的用人标准、企业人才的选择条件没有在有效的时间的传递给大学生,大学生的培养缺乏市场导向。这使大学生就业时缺乏足够信息,从而产生就业盲目性。调查目的:主要了解在
