1、逆流再生离子交换器Countercurrent regeneration of ion exchanger使用说明书Operating Instruction- 9 -一、工艺原理Technical principle逆流再生离子交换器(分阳床、阴床、钠床亦称软化器)为无顶压逆流再生固定床,用于软化水、除盐水的制备;在制水工艺上采用逆流制水。Countercurrent regeneration of ion exchanger (Inclouding cation exchanger, anion exchanger, sodium ion exchanger is also called

19、e, exhaust valve, open system before, to close the discharge valve, after equipment outlet water flushing equipment to clear water to rinse the end.2)装填树脂Filling resin打开人孔,如果出水装置采用承托层结构则按所设计的承托层高度装填,装填完毕后再装树脂。按所设计的树脂高度,依次装入,填完后抹平,以中排装置支管以上200mm为基准线(已包括压脂层的高度)。没有中排装置的应在交换器装填前划线确认。滤料装填完毕后封闭人孔。Open man
