2、It stands for the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification, and Watch-keeping for Seafarers. 2. Manila Amendments also are known as STCW 2010 Amendments. They were adopted at a Diplomatic Conference in Manila, the Philippines, held in June 2010, and are aimed at ensuring that
