2、eaning up after drilling; 所有柜箱上的孔必须按照图纸上的要求在正确位置上用机械开孔，切口必须打磨并做好防锈，线槽和导轨必须水平安装，线槽盖板之间的间隙不准大于1mm。/All hole must use mechanical tool to cutting, and the incision must be well burnish and rust prevention, the wire chase and lead rail must mounted in leveling, and the cover should have not gap.线槽内的螺丝需覆盖

3、绝缘材料；The screw need use insulating material to be coved in cable duct;所有元器件应按制造厂规定的安装条件进行安装，组装前首先看明图纸及技术要求，检查元器件型号、规格、数量等与图纸是否相符，检查元器件有无损坏；/All components installation according specified by the manufacturer, should be installed before the first look at Eplan and technical requirements, check the co

4、mponents type specifications quantity, etc. are consistent with the Eplan, and check components for damage;安装位置和尺寸必须按图安装，活动器件需要在器件的两侧加装端子固定件； /Mounting position and size must be according to Eplan，on both side of elements should installation os the terminal fixtures to fix for activities elements;导轨

5、切割时要保证第一个孔的完整性；Rail cutting the first hole should keep to ensure the integrity;所有元件必须采用钻孔攻丝用螺丝固定（所有螺丝必须有防松垫片或弹簧垫片）对于螺栓的紧固应选择适当的工具，不得破坏紧固件的防护层，并注意相应的扭距。/ All components must be fixed by screws (all screws must be use locking washer or spring washer) for the bolt should select the appropriate tools, f

6、asteners shall not destroy the protective layer, and note the corresponding torque.变频器，主开关等大的或重的元器件需在安装板上钻孔攻丝用螺丝从安装板的反面拧进来（螺母放在正面）.The move driver, main switch etc. biggest or heaviest elements should be use screw from back side of mounting plate with tapping screws (the nut on front side).接线桩头裸露的元器

10、线槽内电线由里至外为AC/DC/通讯排列，尽量避免电线拧绞，每根电线中间禁有接头，相同元件走线方式应一致；/ The wires from inside to outside in AC / DC / network in wire chase, try to avoid wires twisted, strictly have connectors by wire in wire chase, the same wiring way that the same component alignment线槽内电线应以柜子中心为基点向左右两边布线，避免X型交叉；/ The wiring shoul

11、d be anchored to the left and right from center of cabinet, to avoid the X-type cross;端子排每个孔只允许接一根导线，螺旋压接桩头的单根导线时应在螺丝的顺时针旋紧侧；/Each hole of terminal only can connection one wire, the wire should be connect in clockwise side of the screw for spiral crimped elements;连接到面板和门板上元件的电线需要加塑料软管和线槽保护,在软管里需预留一根

12、橙色电线作为备用过渡引线；/The wires to the penal and doors should use plastic tube and wires chase to take protection，In the tube to be reserved a orange wire for transition;屏蔽电缆需要使用热缩管进行处理；The shield cable required to use heat shrinkable tubes for process. 屏蔽电缆的屏蔽必须牢靠的接地；/The screened cable must connect the sh

13、ield to PE bar;变频器柜内交直流电线需分槽敷设,并在线槽盖板上做上AC/DC标志。/The AC/DC wires must in separate wire chase in Drive cabinet, and mark AC/DC on duct cover. 3保护接地/Protective earthing利用接地线来保证柜内保护接地的连续性；/ Use ground cable to ensure the continuity of protective earthing inside;柜内任意两个金属部件通过螺钉连接时如有绝缘层均应采用相应规格的接地垫圈并注意将垫圈

14、齿面接触零部件表面，以保证良好的连接性;/ Any two metal parts inside through the screw connection, in insulation point should be use the ground washer and attention to the parts washer surface of the tooth contact 在接地处必须有明显接地标志。 / The ground point must have a clear “PE” labeling;所有的门，侧板，背板，安装板，PLC导轨，模块，变压器，柜底部密封板等多必须接地

15、；All door, side panel, back panel, mounting plate, PLC mounting rail, Module, power supply, bottom plate etc. must earthing; - 接地电阻值应小于4/ Grounding resistance should be less than 44标记/Labeling柜内所有元件，端子，电线应有完整、清晰、牢固和图纸相符的标签（标签字体阅读方向水平的是由左至右，垂直的由下至上），所有标签不得使用手写标注；/ All the components, terminals, wires

16、 should be complete/ clear/ firm and consistent with in cabinet l (the label fonts are read from left to right at horizontally and vertically from the bottom), all labeling may not use handwritten;所有柜内元器件需要在安装板上元器件安装位置重复标记；/All the electrical elements should have the double labeling in mounting poin

17、t at mounting plate;元件标签采用黄色不干胶打印粘贴在合适的位置，字母3mm高；/Component label printing paste with yellow stickers in place, letters 3mm high;端子排组起始应有端子组编号，端子标签应使用和端子想匹配的标签；/ Should have a block label in front-end of terminal block, terminal labeling should be used according to terminal;所有导线号必须和元器件端子号保持一致，内容为“元件

18、号+端子号”(举例：端子排-X4.1的3号端子上的线号为：X4.1/3)，所有备用的I/O点的线连接到端子上时应当标出连线I/O点编号； / All wires number must be same than elements terminals numbers, content for the component number + terminal number( Example: the wire number on terminal block-X4.1/ terminal 3 is in: X4.1 / 3), all the wires for spare I / O points connected to the terminal should be I / O point number on the labeling; 5检查测量/Checking & Measuring柜体外观无油漆损坏和污迹,柜内无垃圾；/ No paint damage and stains out of cabinet and no rubbish inside；所有螺丝均齐全、完好、紧固, 然后在检查后的螺丝上做上标记；/ All screws
