课标分析根据《英语课程标准》总目标,结合本单元这部分的教学内容及对教材的分析,本课时的教学目标如下:(1)知识目标:学会新出现的23个单词,短语和if引导的条件状语从句的句型结构(2)能力目标:通过本课的学习,使学生能用英语对即将发生的情景进行预测和表述。(3)情感目标:本单元SectionB主要围绕“joiningthesoccerteamandhowtodealwithproblems”展开话题,贴近学生实际生活,可以提高他们的学习兴趣,用英语来表达自己的意愿。教材分析本单元围绕“谈论因果关系”及“作出决定是否做某事”这两个话题,设计了相关的语言情景。本单元的话题贴近学生的生活,有利于提高学生的学习兴趣。在第一课时,学生学习谈论因果关系,同时也能在活动中训练听、说、写的技能。语法聚焦呈现了本单元的所有的语言目标。这些目标语言,对于学生来说是学习本单元其他内容的基础。所以说,学好本节课的内容非常重要。本单元的语言目标是(Adverbialclause)即用if引导的条件状语从句来谈论结果。涉及到了多个话题。如以不同的方式去参加聚会会出现的各种结果。举行一次班级聚会会出现的各种结果。加入或不加入专业足球队会出现的各种结果。成为一名专业运动员或不成为一名专业运动员会出现的结果。并且延升到了写作训练。本课时是一般将来时态的延续,具有承前启后的作用。

九.教材分析:学生已学完了前面SectionA和SectionB1a–1c的基础内容上,本单元重点学习if条件状语从句。十.学生分析:八年级的学生已经基本掌握了运用英语进行交际的能力。因为有以前的知识为基础。对这一知识并不陌生,只是要注意if条件状语从句的主将从现用法就可以了。十一.设计理念:

英语课程的教育理念中指出“要面向全体学生、关注学生的情感,营造宽松民主和谐的教学氛围,倡导任务型的教学途径。本节课就是根据这些理念进行设计的,以培养兴趣为前提,让学生把所学的知识运用到实践当中,让学生通过感知、体验、实践以及合作探究来实现学习目标。
