2.双相不锈钢的焊接材料或填充材料通常采用比母材含镍高的材料,对于含氮的双相不锈钢要求焊材和母材的含氮量相同.以保证焊缝金属有足够的奥氏体量.

3.双相不锈钢常用的焊接方法有手工电弧焊和钨极氩弧焊两种.适宜使用多层焊,采用多道次和低熔敷率的方式.
