建筑设计防火规范整合修订征求意见稿（2010 年 7 月 22 日）-13 消防技术标准 2010-07-22 17:07:38 阅读 313 评论 0 字号：大中小 前言根据住房和城乡建设部工程建设国家标准制订、修订计划的要求，公安部消防局组织公安部天津消防研究所、公安部四川消防研究所等有关单位，对建筑设计防火规范（GB500162006 structure in tunnel 97Explaination of wording in this code. 95List of quoted standards and codes 961 总 则1.0.1 为了预防建筑火灾，减少火灾危害，保护人身和财产安全，制定本规范。1.0.2 本规范适用于下列新建、扩建和改建的建筑：1 厂房；2 仓库；3 甲、乙、丙类液体储罐（区）；4 可燃、助燃气体储罐（区）；5 可燃材料堆场；6 民用建筑；7 城市交通隧道。1.0.3 本规范不适用于炸药厂房（仓库）、花炮厂房（仓库）的建筑防火设计。人民防空工程、石油和天然气工程、石油化工企业、火力发电厂与变电站等的建筑防火设计，当有专门的国家现行标准时，宜从其规定。1.0.4 当同一建筑物内设置有多种使用功能场所时，不同使用功能场所之间应进行防火分隔，其他防火设计应根据本规范的相关规定确定。1.0.5 建筑防火设计应遵循国家的有关方针政策，针对建筑和火灾特点，从全局出发，统筹兼顾，做到安全适用、技术先进、经济合理。高层建筑的防火设计应立足自防自救，采取更加可靠的防火措施。建筑高度超过 250m的建筑，其防火设计应提交国家消防主管部门组织专题研究、论证。1.0.6 建筑防火设计除应符合本规范的规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。2 术 语2.0.1 高层民用建筑 high-rise civil building建筑高度大于 27m 的住宅建筑和 2 层及 2 层以上、建筑高度大于 24m 的其他民用建筑。（建筑高度和层数的计算应符合本规范附录 A 的规定，下同。）2.0.2 裙房 skirt building与高层民用建筑相连的建筑高度不超过 24m 的附属建筑。2.0.3 综合建筑 multiple-use bui1ding具有 2 种及 2 种以上使用功能的建筑。2.0.4 重要公共建筑 important public building发生火灾后伤亡大、损失大、影响大的公共建筑。2.0.5 商业服务网点 commercial service facilities居住建筑的首层或首层及二层设置的百货店、副食店、粮店、邮政所、储蓄所、理发店等小型营业性用房。该用房建筑面积不超过 300m2，采用耐火极限不低于 1.50h 的楼板和耐火极限不低于 2.00h 且无门窗洞口的隔墙与居住部分及其他用房完全分隔，其安全出口、疏散楼梯与居住部分的安全出口、疏散楼梯分别独立设置。2.0.6 高层厂房（仓库） high-rise workshop building or warehouse2 层及 2 层以上，且建筑高度超过 24m 的厂房（仓库）。2.0.7 高架仓库 high rack storage货架高度超过 7m 且机械化操作或自动化控制的货架仓库。2.0.8 物流配送建筑 goods circulating and delivering building集货物装卸、分拣、包装、储存、配送等两种及以上功能为一体的建筑。2.0.9 半地下室 semi-basement房间地面低于室外设计地面的平均高度大于该房间平均净高 1/3，且不大于 1/2 者。2.0.10 地下室 basement房间地面低于室外设计地面的平均高度大于该房间平均净高 1/2 者。2.0.11 明火地点 open flame site室内外有外露火焰或赤热表面的固定地点（民用建筑内的灶具、电磁炉等除外）。2.0.12 散发火花地点 sparking site有飞火的烟囱或室外的砂轮、电焊、气焊（割）等固定地点。2.0.13 耐火极限 fire resistance rating在标准耐火试验条件下，建筑构件、配件或结构从受到火的作用时起，到失去稳定性、完整性或隔热性时止的这段时间，用小时表示。2.0.14 不燃烧体 non-combustible component用不燃材料做成的建筑构件。2.0.15 难燃烧体 difficult-combustible component用难燃材料做成的建筑构件或用可燃材料做成
