安 全 生 产 十 大 禁 令 Ten Policies for Safe Production 1、严 禁 在 禁 烟 区 域 内 吸 烟 ，在 岗 饮 酒 ，违 者 予 以 开 除 并 解 除 劳 动 合 同 。 Prohibit smoking in prohibited area and drinking any alcoholic beverage on duty, or the violator will be dismissed with termination of employment contract. 2、严禁高处作业不系安全带，违者予以开除并解除劳动合同。 Prohibit working at height without fastening safety belt, or the violator will be dismissed with termination of employment contract. 3、严 禁 水 上 作 业 不 按 规 定 穿 戴 救 生 衣 ，违 者 予 以 开 除 并 解 除 劳 动 合 同 。 Prohibit working on water without wearing life vest as per regulation, or the violator will be dismissed with termination of employment contract. 4、严禁无操作证从事电气、起重、 电气焊作业，违者予以开除并解除 劳动合同。 Prohibit working without certificate for electrical, lifting and welding operation, or the violator will be dismissed with termination of employment contract. 5、严 禁 工 作 中 无 证 或 酒 后 驾 驶 机 动 车 ，违 者 予 以 开 除 并 解 除 劳 动 合 同 。 Prohibit driving vehicle on duty without license or after drinking alcoholic beverage, or the violator will be dismissed with termination of employment contract. 6、严禁未经审批擅自决定钻开高含硫化氢油气层，或进行试气作业， 违者对直接负责人予以开除并解除劳动合同。 Prohibit drilling out high H2S oil/gas layer formation or performing gas test without permission, or the decision-making violator will be dismissed with termination of employment contract. 7、严禁违反操作规程进行用火，进入受限空间，临时用电作业，违者 予 以 行 政 处 分 并 离 岗 培 训 ，造 成 后 果 的 ，予 以 开 除 并 解 除 劳 动 合 同 。 Prohibit doing operation without complying procedures and regulations for firing, entering confined space and using temporary electricity, or the violator will be given administrative punishments with off-post training, and will be dismissed with termination of employment contract if serious consequent damage caused. 8、严禁放射源、火工器材、井控坐 岗的监护人员擅离岗位，违者予以 行政处分并离岗培训，造成后果的，予以开除并解除劳动合同。 Prohibit leaving from job without permission while on duty for guarding radioactive sources, explosive materials and monitoring well-control fluid active system, or the violator will be given administrative punishments with off-post training, and will be dismissed with termination of employment contract if serious consequent damage caused. 9、严禁危险化学品装卸人员擅离岗位，违者予以行政处分并离岗培训， 造成后果的，予以开除并解除劳动合同。 Prohibit leaving from job without permission for dangerous chemicals loading & off-loading handler, or the violator will be given administrative punishments with off-post training, and will be dismissed with termination of employment contract if serious consequent damage caused. 10、严禁钻井、 测录井、井下作 业违反井控安全操作规程，违者予以行 政处分并离岗培训，造成后果的，予以开除并解除劳动合同。 Prohibit violating well-control safety operation procedures and regulations for drilling, wire line logging & mud logging, or the violator will be given administrative punishm
