Fortunately, a solution lies close at hand. No-one really knows why we love it so much, and the British love their tea; perhaps, because coffee is more extreme, with more edge, it suits us more than the our genteel friends across the Atlantic. Either way, we all live for it and the greatest Friends, was even set in a coffee-house.
