北京碧河花园一期工程a区段群塔施工方案一、工程概况：本工程拟建于北京市海淀区西直门，由北京东方筑中建设规划设计有限公司设计，位于海淀区与西城区交界之处。北邻高梁桥路，与北京北站仅咫尺之遥；南邻长河，与西城区隔河相望。现场四通一平准备工作基本就绪，我单位施工区域：a区1标段，为框筒结构的地下一层半。地上部分为钢筋砼短肢剪力墙结构，基底标高为-8.750米，建筑物顶面标高约为21.800米，占地面积约为12821.2平方米。本建筑基础埋深为-8.75m-8.25m，基础持有力层为-3层泥细砂；-4层中粗砂；-5层粉层粘土；-6层固烁；-7层卵石层；承载力特征值fak=200kpa。我方施工的地下室为筏板基础，筏板面标高为-8.100m，板厚为650mm不等。整个地下室为一层半框剪结构，顶面标高为0.150m，全部砼采用现浇混凝土。地下室周边为350mm厚防水钢筋砼墙，每栋楼中间有3-4个核心筒，西、北面各有一个汽车坡道，通往地下室。本工程施工后浇带宽800mm，沉降后浇带宽1500mm，其设置部位见a区基础结构平面图。二、 编制依据：1.碧河花园一期工程a区工段施工蓝图；2.沈阳冶金勘察研究院提供的地质勘察报告；3.北京市建筑工程施工安全操作规程（dbj01622002）；4.建筑机械安全技术规程（jgj332001）；5.建筑施工安全检查标准（jgj5999）；6.本工程结施工程施工方案。三、 塔吊的选择和布置：1、场地情况：本工程东面为a区段的施工场地，南面紧靠建筑红线砖墙和南长河，西面紧靠建筑红线砖墙和居民区，北面为a区段的施工场地，因此不能在基坑南边和两边设置塔吊，只能在北面和东面设置塔吊；2、 已施工的建筑物情况：本工程南北长约300m，东西长约80m，共用地下室，上有a1a5五座六层半住宅楼，详见设计总平面图，由于东西方向过长，仅在基坑东边设置塔吊是无法满足a2、a3、a4、a5西边的施工和材料运输要求，故在地下室中设置两台塔吊，以满足施工要求。塔吊基础的施工详图塔吊施工方案。3、 根据工程量的大小和场地的大小，我们选择了四台塔吊来满足施工的需要；4、 在a1楼基坑北面中间设置一台qtz80的塔吊（1塔吊），在a2、a3楼中间地下室温度后带设置一台qtz80的塔吊（2塔吊），在a4楼基坑东面设一台qtz80的塔吊（3塔吊），在a4、a5楼中间地下室靠西边的后带设置一台qtz1600的塔吊（4塔吊）。详见塔吊施工布置图；序号名称规格型号最小起重量回转半径（m）自由高度（m）备注11#塔吊qtz801.5t603054kw22#塔吊qtz801.5t603033#塔吊qtz801.5t603044#塔吊qtz16001.5t60305、 四台塔吊选择江苏正兴塔吊公司的设备产品，该产品在我b区工程中运行良好。四、 群塔安全距离计算：1.1塔吊和2塔吊的直线间距d189m60m因此1塔吊和2塔吊之间的间距安全；2. 2塔吊和3塔吊的直线间距d272m60m因此2塔吊和3塔吊之间的间距安全；3. 2塔吊和4塔吊的直线间距d365m60m因此2塔吊和4塔吊之间的间距安全；43塔吊和4塔吊的直线间距d450m60m因此3塔吊和4塔吊在运行时，需要在塔吊高度上错开进行。五、 安全措施：1、 四台塔吊的高度布局：根据四台塔吊的布局，各相邻塔吊臂杆远端与塔身之间最小距离在8米以上。其中1#塔吊的臂杆安装高度28米；2#塔吊的臂杆安装高度22米；3#塔吊的臂杆安装高度33米；4#塔吊的臂杆安装高度16米；每相邻塔吊臂杆的垂直高度必须保证在4米以上。2、 为避免3#和4#塔吊在作业过程中吊索发生碰撞，要求塔吊在同时吊装材料时，起吊后要快速提升。当提升高度越过所有障碍物后，应该收车同时可以挪动塔杆，把材料运输至本塔吊所管辖区域后，在指挥人员的协调下进行卸货。3、 3#和4#塔吊司机和指挥人员在作业过程中要密切协作，互相配合。班前互相交底。所有作业人员在作业前6小时禁止饮酒。六、 安全、文明施工：1、 装与拆卸由具有专业安装资质及在北京建筑施工管理部门备案的专业公司进行，专业公司进场时须进行工程概况、主要施工方案及安全技术交底，签订安全施工协议。2、 塔吊采用固定式钢筋砼基础。安装拆卸及使用必须严格遵守建筑机械安全技术规范，各种防护设备齐全、有效，并实行专人专机管理，机长负责制，严格交接班制度。3、 操作、指挥塔吊人必须持证上岗，严格遵守塔吊安全技术操作规程作业，禁止无证人员操作。4、 索具、吊物应与高压线保持安全距离，即垂直最近距离1.5m以上、水平距离1m以上。严禁碰撞遮栏及超负荷起吊，斜拉重物；禁止快速旋转。作业完毕后，控制器搬至零位，切断电源方可下班。5、 风力超过3级禁止塔吊顶升作业。两台塔吊同时作业，吊物间距和垂直间隙不小于2m。遇有6级以上大风、沙尘暴、大雾等恶劣天气应停止塔吊作业。6、 禁止在高压线附近的高处作业及场地抛扔物件。7、 对所搭设的遮拦设专人从事监护工作。8、两塔之间要保持一定安全距离10m，形成高低落差和保持客观安全距离。9、为了防止两塔运转时发生碰撞，在吊运过程中由信号工统一指挥，塔司要服从信号工的指挥。10、塔吊停机时臂要设地错锁住，防止大风吹动大臂发生塔吊碰撞发生危险造成事故。11、双方配备有经验的信号工，确保塔吊回转作业时起重臂不碰角高塔的起升钢丝缆，另双方各自在基坑上设置一名信号工观察塔吊的动向。12、塔司必须有较强的责任心，为现场服务。13、风速6级相当达到了10.813.8米/秒时，塔吊必须停止作业。14、为避免运行中发生交叉碰撞现象，当一塔往基坑内吊运物料时，另一塔不准进行旋转。待第一个塔将物料落到就位时，大臂转走后，另一个塔方能旋转大臂进行吊运。碧河花园工程一期工程a区段群塔施工方案编
