文档简介
self description questionnaire instructionsplease read and follow these instructions carefully.this questionnaire asks you to describe your everyday behaviours in a working environment. where possible please think of examples from your past working experience when answering the questions. in addition to fulltime work, also consider evening/weekend work you have done. it may also include working experience within university, college or business school, or even in any relevant extra-curricular activities. your responses will be taken into consideration together with other information in the recruitment process, and you should be prepared that they may be explored further in an interview at a later stage.in this example, the person feels that manages to relax easily is the statement which is most true of him/her of the 3 statements given (so he/she has put x next to the column marked m). he/she feels that is never late is least true of him/her (so he/she has put x next to the row marked l).please note the following: please ensure that the question number corresponds to the one in the answer column. if you want to change an answer, please remember to delete the old one.there are 50 questions in total. please answer all questions by indicating your response in the appropriate column. we appreciate that some choices may be quite close or difficult to decide. please try your best and complete all questions. you must choose a different statement for most and least. you cannot enter the same response for both rows m and l. please work as quickly as you can and do not ponder over your responses at length. generally speaking the first response which comes to your mind is the most accurate and closest reflection of your true self.we regret that if these instructions are not followed, it may be difficult to process your application further.for each question:ifirstly please read all 3 statements a, b and c carefully.iichoose which of the 3 statements is most like you - put
