As you know, last weekend I was cycling along the Mekong River with my sister. Its a hard journey for us but we finally reached Vientiane in Laos last week. As promised, I would like to share our travel experience in Laos with you. Vientiane is the capital and largest city of Laos. Located on the banks of the Mekong River, it is always famous for a long history and rich culture. On the first day, we got up very early in the morning. We cycled along the streets and visited Pha That Luang. It is the most famous gilded stupa and the national symbol of Laos. Its extremely beautiful and mysterious at sunrise. On the second day, we went boating on the Mekong River and had great fun there. We took a lot of photos. We enjoyed kinds of local food on the third day and they are so delicious.
