server设备的日常监控维护也已进入日程。为了配合安徽移动相关部门能尽快、更好的推进日常监控维护工作，该文档总结、列举了对于msc server设备日常监控维护的一些主要操作以及指令。该文档是基于mss2.2版本（msc r10）。该文档仅仅用于日常监控维护的参鉴而不能作为标准或依据使用，具体的操作以及指令等等必须严格遵循爱立信公司所提供的基于相应软件版本的alex数据库的操作维护说明和指示来进行。如有什么紧急情况或是不确定因素应及时联系爱立信的技术支持部门寻求支持和帮助。2. msc server日常监控维护2.1 系统的日常监控检查 交换机所有告警的检查和处理指令：allip; allip:acl=a1; allip:acl=a2; allip:acl=a3; allip:acl=o1; allip:acl=o1;检查频次：时刻监控说明：l 告警共分5个级别：a1告警必须立即上报并处理；a2告警应立即上报，并在当天适时时段处理；a3告警应及时记录上报，在正常工作日内择期处理；o1和o2告警为提示性信息（例如，人为闭塞某硬件、路由等或是系统某功能被关闭等等），应根据实际情况及时记录上报并采取适当措施，可能不需特别处理。l 告警处理必须严格按照alex的操作维护说明和指示。如有什么紧急情况或是不确定因素应及时联系爱立信的技术支持部门寻求支持和帮助。 计费文件检查（msc/vlr、gmsc，输入输出设备配置为apg40）.1 中央处理器cp中的计费检查指令：saaep:sae=500,block=chop;检查频次：时刻监控说明：l 为了保证系统故障时，有足够的时间进行应急处理建议将sae=500, block=chop的size在内存足够的情况下设置到50000以上。saaep:sae=500,block=chop;size alteration of data files informationsae block cntrtyp ni niu nie nir 500 chop thresh1 60000 7endl 当系统计费话单能够正常输出到输入输出设备apg40中，sae=500, block=chop的size实际使用值niu应该周期性的由小变大再变小。如果niu值不断变大而始终不减少，说明此时计费输出到apg40可能有问题，应及时处理（可以尝试将计费输出从ap2临时切换至ap1）并马上上报爱立信支持部门请求支援。niu应该周期性的由小变大再变小示例：saaep:sae=500,block=chop;size alteration of data files “lastackmess”相隔一定时间增长，说明ap2的message store中计费消息可以正常输出到rtr (record transfer) service进行处理。l 检查ap2的rtr(record transfer) service可以正常将ap2的message store送至的计费信息正常处理打包成计费子文件（y：盘）后传送到goh (generic output handler)中；并且计费中心可以在goh的指定共享ftp目录（k：盘）正常取走并删除计费子文件。检查生成的计费子文件在上报goh后的指定时间后，应由ap2系统自动删除。ap2指令：vdls n “default ftp site” (查看goh指定给计费用的共享ftp目录，一般放在ap2的数据盘k：盘下)afpls -ls rtrfiles afpls -ls rtrfiles cd /d
