Unit 4 Why dont you talk to your parents第四课时Section B(1a1e)【学习目标】1学生学会熟记本课的单词及短语:member,pressure,compete,hang out with friends,spend time alone,have enough free time,compete with sb.,give me a lot of pressure 【学习重点】掌握本课时出现的生词及用法并进行听力训练。【学习难点】通过听力训练,提高学生的综合听说能力。师生自由交流引入话题。T:Do you have pressure in your life?How do you lower your stress?Now,lets look at the pictures on the screen in 1a.S1:I play sports.S2:I talk to parents or other family members.Task 1【组内小展示】先由各小组组长带领组内成员认读单词和词组,再在整个小组内进行齐读后对词汇的用法进行归纳,并标记出发音和理解困难的单词,可及时向老师求助。最后,板书展示内容。【班级大展示】1I can read.(我会读)带读齐读,注意member,pressure,compete的发音;解释单词的含义; 通过游戏形式,如单词游戏来巩固词汇的学习。2I can write.(我会写)以answer quickly(抢答)的方式对词组进行中英互译;带读齐读;抽测:可以用造句的方式巩固词组的用法。3I can summarize.(我会总结)结合所学的词汇,讲解其用法;抽测:用【小试牛刀】中的练习翻译句子在讲解。情景导入生成问题1(T)Question:Whats wrong with the girl?(S)Answer:_2(T)Question:What should she do?Can you give her some advice?(S)Answer:_自学互研生成能力Task 1Lets read the new words and phrases.1I can read.(我会读)member,pressure,compete2I can write.(我会写)(1)play sports 进行体育运动 (2)hang out with friends 和朋友闲逛 (3)talk to parents or other family members 与父母或其他家庭成员交谈 (4)spend time alone 独自度过时光 (5)give me a lot of pressure 给我很大的压力 (6)get enough sleep 有足够的睡眠 (7)have enough free time 有足够的空闲时间 (8)compete with sb.与某人竞争 (9)be unhappy with sb.和某人相处不愉快_ 3I can summarize.(我会总结)(1)talk to sb.have a talk with sb.意为 “ 与某人交流 ”。(2)member意为 “(团体,组织的) 成员;分子 。a member of the familya family member一名家庭成员(3)pressure v压力(不可数名词)(4)compete v竞争;对抗compete against/with sb./sth.与竞争;对抗如:We cant compete with them on price.我们在价格上无法与他们竞争。(5)fight v打架;吵架n.(激烈的)争吵如:My little brother are always fighting.我的小兄弟们总是吵架。不要给她很多的学习压力,多一些鼓励。Never give her a_lot_of_pressure about scool, just encouragement.我们没有机会与如此经验丰富的队竞争。We have no chance to compete_with such an experienced team.狮子是猫科动物。The lion is a member_ of the cat family.不要和我打架。Dont fight_with me.Task 2Lets listen to the tape and finish 1c,1d.1听第一遍录音,完成教材1c的任务,核对答案。2听第二遍录音,完成教材1d 的任务,核对答案。Task 3【组内小展示】小组内先讨论并核对Task 3的相关答案,再在组内讨论设置情境表演对话,并介绍自己生活与学习中的烦恼。最后,在黑板上板书展示内容。【班级大展示】1I can practice.(我会练)以抽签的形式,抽选同学完成Task 3中的对话;带读齐读。2I can make conversations.(我会编对话)根据任务设置编写并表演对话;根据对话内容,对学生进行随机提问。3I can interview.(我会采访)运用表格形式,采访学生并回答,板书在黑板上;根据表格进行口头汇报。【备注】Task 3Make conversations about your problems.1I can practice.(我会练)A:Whats_wrong_with_Meimei?
