1 设计任务说明书根据六角盒盖塑件设计其制造模具,塑件图11所示。图表 塑件要求图2 塑件的结构工艺性分析1.塑件的几何形状分析 熟读塑件的图样,在头脑中建立清晰的塑件三维形状,复杂的塑件可通过计算机三维建模或橡皮泥制模等手段帮住理解其几何开关人。六角盒盖的三维图如图如图21所示。 、 图 21 六角盒盖三维图2塑料材料的成型特性分析塑件的材料采用工程塑料abs,属热塑性塑料,是由丙烯腈,丁二烯和苯乙烯组成的三不共聚物.由于丙烯腈的腈基极性较强,所以冲击强度,拉伸强度及塑料件的表面硬度较好. abs树脂为浅黄色粒状或珠状树脂, 为非结晶型聚合物,熔融温度217-237,热分解温度为250以上,无毒,无味,具有优良的综合物理-力学性能,优异的低温抗冲击性能,尺寸稳定性,电性能,耐磨性,抗化学药品性,染色性,成型加工和机械加工较好. abs树脂耐水,无机盐,碱和酸类,不溶于大部分酸类溶剂,而容易溶于醛酮,脂和某些氯化氢中.abs树脂热变形温度较低,不透明,可燃,耐侯性较差,在紫外线作用下易发硬变脆。成型特点1) abs在升温时粘度增高,所以成型压力较高,塑料上的脱模斜度宜取2以上。2) 易产生熔接痕,模具设计时应注意尽量减小浇注系统对料流的阻力;3) 模具设计时要注意浇注系统,选择好进料口位置、形式。推出力过大或机械加工时塑件表面呈现“白色”痕迹(但在热水中加热可消失)。4) 在正常的成型条件下,壁厚、熔料温度及收缩率影响极小。要求塑件精度高时,模具温度可控制在5060度,要求塑件光泽和耐热时,应控制在6080度。5) 吸湿性强,含水量应小于0.3%,必须充分干燥,要求表面光泽的塑件应要求长时间预热干燥。6) 流动性中等,溢边料0.04 mm左右(流动性比聚苯乙烯,as差,但比聚碳酸酯、聚氯乙烯好)。7) 比热容较低,在料筒中塑化效率高,在模具中凝固较快,成型周期短,可在柱塞式或螺杆式卧式注射机上成形.3.塑件的结构工艺性分析(1)塑件的尺寸精度分析该塑件所有尺寸均没有标注尺寸公差,可视为自由尺寸,由设计要求按mt7查取公差。下表所列为塑件主要尺寸的公差要求。部位尺寸尺寸公差孔间距尺寸35171550孔尺寸614外形尺寸2107(2)塑件的表面质量分析该塑件表面没有很高的要求,在一般情况下,要求塑件光洁,不允许有成型斑点和熔接痕,表面粗糙度为rs,对外表面可以取3.2m;对内表面的rs可以取1.6m。(3)塑件的结构工艺性分析从图纸上看,该塑件外形为六角盒盖,圆角过渡,壁厚均匀。塑件型腔长宽中等,深度较浅,有尺寸不等的孔,分别是6、14.盒盖周身有圆角r7过渡。拔模斜度为2.可以采用注塑成型加工。4塑件的生产批量塑件的生产类型对注塑模具的结构、注塑模具材料使用均有重要的影响。在大批量生产中,由于注塑模具价格在整个生产费用中所占比例较小,提高生产率和注塑模具寿命问题比较突出,所以可以考虑使用自动化程度较高、结构复杂、精度寿命高的模具。如果小批量生产,则应尽量采用结构简单、制造容易的注塑模具,以降低注塑模具的成本。该模具虽未给出具体批量要求,但根据具体情况可知塑件为大批量生产,可以采用一模多腔、快速脱模以及成型周期不宜太长的模具,同时模具造价要适当控制。5.初选注塑机(1)计算塑件体积或重量通过三维造型可获得六角盒盖的体积v= 8.06 厘米3。abs的密度为1.03 g/cm3,所以塑件质量w=1.03*8.06=8.3g 。(2)型腔数目确定的却定考虑到塑件尺寸,模具尺寸的大小关系,以及制造费用和各种成本费等因素,定位一模两腔。由于选择的是一模两腔,故采用直线对称排列。(3)确定注射成型的工艺参数根据该塑件的结构特点和abs的成型性能,查有关资料初步确定塑件的注射成型工艺参数,见下表。表格 0成型周期4070s前200210螺杆转速(t/min)3060喷嘴温度/c180190c后处理方法红外线灯烘箱模具温度/c5070温度/c70注射压力/mp7090时间/h24(4)确定模具温度及冷却方式abs为非结晶型塑料,流动性中等,壁厚一般,因此在保证顺利脱模的前提下应尽可能降低模温,以缩短时间,从而提高生产率。所以模具应考虑采用适当的循环水冷却,成型模具温度控制在6080度。(5)确定成型设备由于塑件采用注塑成型加工,使用一模两腔分布,因此可计算出一次注射成型过程所用塑料为:w2w+w废料2*8.3+8.3*0.218.26g。根据上一次注射量的分析以及考虑到塑料品种、塑件结构、生产批量及注射工艺参数、注射模具尺寸大小等因素,参考设计手册,初选sz125630型螺杆式注射机(经后面注射机的校核,sz125630型螺杆式注射机能满足锁模力、安装尺寸与开模行程等各项要求,故最终选定sz125630型螺杆式注射机)。记录下sz125630型螺杆式注射机的主要技术参数,见下表。表格 不论塑件的结构如何以及用何种设计方法,都必须首先确定分型面,因为模具结构很大程度上取决于分型面的选择。为保证塑件能顺利分型,分型面应首先考虑选择在外形最大轮廓处。如下图所示,在满足下图的三个方案中,方案a的塑件开模后留在定模一侧,塑件不易取出,顶出机构设计复杂;方案b会产生影响塑件外观的飞边,且飞边不易清除;方案c不但保证了塑件取出方便,且毛刺飞边的清除也比较容易,因此选择方案c。图表 分型面选择图2.浇注系统的设计浇注系统由主流道、分流道、浇口、冷料穴四个部分组成。考虑到塑件有外观要求,外表面不允许有成型斑点和熔接痕,以及一模两腔的布置、abs对剪切速率较为敏感等因素,浇口设计采用方便加工修整、凝料去除容易且不会在塑件外壁留下痕迹的侧浇口,模具采用单分型面结构两板模,模具成本容易控制在合理的范围内。浇注系统的设计如图所示。(1) 主流道与定位圈的设计 主流道与注射机的高温喷嘴反复接触碰撞,故应设计成独立可拆卸更换的浇口套,采用优质钢材制作,并经过处理提高硬度,定位圈与浇口套分开设计, 查资料得到sz125630型注射机与喷嘴的有关尺寸:喷嘴前端球面半径sr。=15mm,喷嘴孔直径d。=4mm,定位圈直径为125mm。为保障模具主流道与喷嘴的紧密接触,避免溢料,主流道与喷嘴的关系为:sr= sr。+(12),d=d。+0.5。因此,取主流道球面半径sr=16mm(取标准值),主流道的小端直径d=4.5mm。 为了便于将凝料从主流道拔出,应将主流道设计成圆锥形,其斜度为24,取4度。计算其大端直径约为8.5;同时为了使溶料顺利进入分流道,在主流道出料端设计r2的圆弧过渡。 定位圈是安装模具时做定位用的,查资料得syz-300型螺杆式注射机的定位圈直径为125;一般定位圈高出定模座板表面510.由于浇口套与定位圈均属于注射模具的通用件,所以设计者应尽量采用推荐尺寸的浇口套和定位圈。(2) 分流道的设计分流道的截面形状有圆形、半圆形、梯形、u形、正方形、正六边形等。从增大传热面积考虑,截面最好采用正方形;从减少散热面积考虑,截面最好采用圆形;从压力损失上考虑,截面亦最好采用圆形。实验证明,对多数塑料来说,分流道在56mm以下时,对流动性影响较大,但直径在8mm以上时,对流动性的影响不大。常用塑料的分流道直径可参考表塑料品种分流道直径/mm塑料品种分流道直径/mmabs、as聚甲醛丙烯酸酯耐冲击丙烯酸脂尼龙6聚酸碳酯4.89.53.29.58.09.58.012.71.69.54.89.5聚丙烯聚乙烯聚苯醚聚苯乙烯聚氯乙烯4.89.51.69.56.49.53.29.53.29.5分流道的表面不要求很光滑,粗糙度一般达ra3.21.6即可,因为分流道的表面稍不光滑就能使熔料的冷却皮层固定,有利于保温。 分流道有时只开设在动模或定模部分,有时则动模、定模都能开设分流道,这取决于模具结构、塑料特性及加工能力。动定模都开设分流道时,对塑料流动有利,多用于流动性较差的塑料,但要求模具加工精度较高,对中性强。一般的分流道多设在模具的一边。有时要加设分流道拉料杆或顶出杆,以便流道料的脱模。 分流道的布局取决于型腔的布局,型腔于分流道的布置原则是排列紧凑,缩小模具尺寸,分流道的长度应尽量短,锁模力应力求平衡,布置形式应力求平衡进料。(但也有非平衡式进料的) 根据以上的结果,考虑到型腔的布局、浇口的位置,本模具分流道的设计见图。采用半圆形截面分流道,平衡进料。由于塑料abs的流动性中等,分流道的直径取8mm。(3)浇口的设计 浇口位置的选择应遵循以下原则:a) 浇口位置距型腔各个部位的距离应尽量一致,并使起流程最短。b) 浇口的位置应保证塑料流入型腔时,对着型腔中宽畅、厚壁部位,以便塑料顺利地流入。c) 避免塑料在流入型腔时直冲型腔壁、型心或镶件,使塑料能尽快流入到型腔各部位,并避免型心或嵌件变形。d) 尽量避免使制品产生熔接痕,或使其熔接痕产生在制品不需要的部位。e) 浇口位置及其流入方向,应使塑料在流入型腔时,能沿着型腔平行方向均匀地流入,并有利于型腔内气体排出。f) 浇口位置应在制品最易清除的部位,同时,尽可能不影响制品的外观。 侧浇口厚度一般取11.4,宽度为(310)a,长度为0.7-2。根据塑件的外观要求及型腔分布情况,选用如图所示的侧浇口。(4)冷料穴的设计 采用倒锥形冷料穴,如图,将其设置在主流道的末端,既起到冷料穴的作用,又兼起开模分型时将凝料从主流道中拉出留在动模一侧,稍做侧向移动便可取出凝料的作用。4 模具设计方案论证1型腔布置 对于一模多件的模具型腔布置,在保证浇注系统分流道的流程短、模具结构紧凑、模具能正常工作的前提下,尽可能使模具型腔对称、均衡、取件方便。本塑件的模具采用一模两腔,型腔平衡布置在型腔板两侧。2成型零件的结构确定 成型零件直接与高温高压的塑料接触,它的质量直接影响塑件的质量。该塑件的材料为abs工程塑料,对表面粗糙度和精度的要求较高,因此要求成型零件有足够的强度、刚度、硬度和耐磨性,应选用优质模具钢制作,还应该进行热处理以使其具备5055hrc硬度。(1)凹模(型腔)设计 采用整体嵌入式凹模,放在定模板一侧,主要是从节省优质模具钢材料、方便热处理、方便日后的更换维修等方面考虑的。 注意:凹模镶块的尺寸大小设计除了要考虑壁厚的刚度和强度校核外,还要留有足够的冷却水道位置。(2)凸模(型芯)设计 型芯结构设计应采用组合式,可节省贵重模具钢,减少加工工作量。成型塑件内壁的大型芯装在动模板上,成型14、6孔的小型芯装在大型芯上,方便型芯的制作安装、塑件的飞边去除以及塑件内部冷却水道的排布。3导向定位机构设计 由于塑件基本对称且无单向侧压力,所以采用直导柱导向便可满足合模导向及闭模后的定位,另外采用中托丝来导正回针。 注意:导柱要比主型芯高出68.4推出机构设计 根据六角形塑料盖的形状特点,确定模具型腔在定模一侧,模具型芯在动模一侧。塑件成型开模后,塑件与型芯一起留在动模一侧。其推出机构可采用推件板或推杆推出。其中推件板推出结构可靠、顶出力均匀,不影响塑件的外观质量。而推杆推出时会在塑件内部型腔上留下顶出痕迹,受力不均。所以采用推件板推出机构。为了避免推件板孔的内表面与型芯圆柱面的摩擦,导致型芯擦伤,将推件板的内孔与型芯成型面以下的配合段做成单边斜度510度的锥面,该锥面不仅有效避免了擦伤,且能准确定位推件板,避免了该处的飞边溢料。5冷却系统设计 该塑件采用大批量生产,应尽量缩短成型周期,提高生产率;因此,该模具的凹模冷却是在定模上开出冷却水道,采用冷却水进行循环冷却型腔;而型芯的冷却则采用内部加装铜管喷流冷却的主式,其进水孔开在支撑板上,冷却通路的设计如图: 型芯冷却图 型腔冷却图5 主要零部件的设计计算1.成型零件的成型尺寸 塑料模具型腔在成型过程中受到熔体的高压作用,应有足够的强度和刚度,本模具的凹模采用的是整体嵌人式,在此可用采用经验公式来确定型腔侧壁厚度s和型腔底板厚度t。当遇到模具为一出一个产品时。确定内模仁大小:产品最边缘到模仁边w=20-50mm,小产品取小值,大产品取大值。则(模仁长)=2w+a,w(模仁宽)2w+l,所得的值最后需取整数。最好后面取.即最后位数小于去掉取,大于加上取.根据型腔分布情况:w20,l4*20+2*64208,w=20*2+64=104.对于确定前模仁厚度:h25-70mm,则(前模仁厚)h+b(前模仁最高点),值小产品取小值,大产品取大值。所得到的值最后如确定模仁长宽一样取整数。考虑到塑件高度及冷却水道的安排:h10+2535.固型腔板的尺寸为l*w*h:208*104*35标准模架的确定 综合考虑本塑件采用一模两腔平衡布置、侧浇口一次分型结构、型腔的壁厚要求、塑件的尺寸大小、冷却水道的布置多项因素,估算型腔模板的概略尺寸,选取龙记标准模架bi2030a35b30c70.6 成型设备的校核计算1.模具闭合高度的确定组成模具闭合高度的模板及其他零件的尺寸有:定模座板为h125;型腔板为h235;推件板为h320;型芯固定板为h430;支撑板为h530;垫铁为h670;动模座板为h725;则模具的闭合高度为hh1+h2+h3+h4+h5+h6+h7=25+35+20+30+30+70+25=235mm2.注射量的校核(略)3.锁模力的校核锁模力是指注射机的合模机构对模具所能施加的最大夹紧力。注射机锁模力的校核关系式为 fkpa式中f注射机锁模力,查塑料模设计手册附录表8得sz125-630形螺杆式注射机的锁模力为630kn; k压力损耗系数,一般取1.11.2; p型腔内熔体的压力,本塑件p=30mpa; a塑件及浇注系统在分型面上的投影面积之和,本模具。计算得故注射机的锁模力足够,满足锁模要求。4.安装尺寸的校核 本模具采用的是型号为龙记标准模架bi2030a35b30c70,模具的外形尺寸为200*300,模具闭合高度为h=h1+h2+h3+h4+h5+h6+h7=235mm,查资料得sz125-630型注射机动、定模模板最大安装尺寸为320*370,允许模具的最小厚度h=150,最大厚度h=300,即模具的外形尺寸不超过注射机动、定模模板最大安装尺寸,模具闭合高度满足h最小hh最大的安装条件,故该模具满足sz125-630型螺杆式注射机的安装要求。5推出机构的校核 各种型号注射机推出机构的设置情况及推出距离等各不相同,设计模具时,必须了解注射机推出杆的直径、推出形式(是中心推杆还是两侧双杆推出)、最大推出距离及双推中心杆距等,以确保模具推出机构与注射机的推出机构相适应。 sz125-630型螺杆式注射机的推出形式为中心及上、下两侧设有推杆(机械推出)。由于该模具推力不太大,在sz125-630型螺杆式注射机上采用中心直径为50顶杆推出,在动模做板预留与之匹配的直径为52顶出孔;塑件实际推出距离为20(10+10),满足推出距离要求。6开模行程的校核 注射机的开模行程是有限的,取出制品所需的开模距离必须小于注射机的最大开模距离,本模具为单分型面注射模具,sz125-630型螺杆式注射机的最大开模行程与模厚无关,校核关系式为 (chinese tv stations would run two or three episodes every day.) i did not finish the full-length version and found the truncated one not difficult to follow. whats lost, i believe, are the interesting setups and pauses that illuminate the chinese art of storytelling. much of the plot is still there. it is the flavor that was sacrificed. the american edition uses the framework of the empress dowager in her senior years reminiscing at the beginning and the end of each episode, hinting at whats to come and recapping the key points. this device, not used in the original, is culturally understandable but artistically mediocre. what puzzles me is the two new songs for the opening and end credits. they were written in english, but sung by chinese with an uncomfortable accent. they were obviously designed to appeal to an english-speaking base, but do not jibe with the chinese dialogue. speaking of the dialogue, the english translation, picked apart by some chinese, is too literal for my taste. i can imagine a typical american hit by a flurry of royal ranks, addresses and greetings, even multiple names and titles for the same person. the first half hour must be a swamp to wade through, very much like my experience of getting through a tolstoy tome with its endless inflections of names transliterated into lengthy chinese. i see the choice of verbatim translation as an effort for conveying exotica. it is fairly competent, with no error that i could detect, but fails to rise above words or capture the essence of the language. a cultural product usually crosses over to a foreign territory first by an emphasis on the commonalities. but whether inside or outside china, the temptation to sell it for the differences is just too great. sure, the sumptuous sets and costumes are a big attraction, but the narrative technique has becomehow shall i put it?a bit anglicized, which is necessary for cultural export. judging by the responses, this legend, which, contrary to the claim of the english trailer, is totally fictitious, has departed from china but not yet landed on american shores. i am a big fan of ralph waldo emersons essay titled self-reliance. if youve not yet read it, i strongly encourage you to do so. in this essay, the venerable emerson talks about eschewing the trappings of society and finding ones own path. he urges the reader to find rectitude
