文章来源 毕业论文网 老港城市化改造中交通系统综合评价体系研究文章来源 毕业论文网 【中文摘要】 随着老港区的港口功能逐步淡化以及城市发展的需要,各港口城市纷纷对老港区开始进行城市化改造,并取得了一定成果。由于老港区一般处于城市的中心滨海地带,而且具有特定的历史文化意义,在城市化改造过程中,涉及的影响因素和改造内容较为复杂。交通系统是老港改造过程中的一部分,其方案的选择合适与否直接影响到改造的效果。因此,在不同的交通系统建设方案评价时除了要考虑城市常规的交通系统因素外,还应结合老港城市化改造中的特点和要求,将自然生态、人类宜居和历史文脉等诸方面的因素也列入综合评价指标的范畴。本文通过对老港的城市化改造基本特性、规划原则和影响因素等基本理论阐述分析,按照新的原则和思路构建出适合于我国老港城市化改造过程中交通系统规划方案进行综合评价的指标体系,并对不同的评价指标进行具体分析。指标体系共包括四个层次,主要从交通功能、区域自然环境、人类宜居环境、历史文化和经济因素等方面进行设计,共计35个具有代表性的指标。在此基础上,本文通过对各种评价方法的比较,选用层次分析法与灰色关联分析法相结合的评价方法,建立适用于评价老港城市化改造交通系统规划方案的应用模型——灰色关联层次分析评价模型(a-g模型)。最后,以我国大连老港城市化改造项目的交通系统规划为实例,采用本文建立的指标体系和应用模型对改造方案进行评价,进而证明指标选取的合理性和模型的有效性。【英文摘要】 as the old port functions are diluting gradually and the existence of the old port is getting unsuitable with urban development and environment,some cities near the sea have began to try to carry on urbanized renovation of the old port and acquire some achievements.since the old port usually lies in the central coastal zone and have a specifically historical and cultural significance,factors which influence urbanized renovation and contents which need reformed are excessive and complex in the process of urbanized renovation.transportation system is a part of urbanized renovation about the old port.it could influence the achievements of urbanized renovation directly whether a suitable project has been chosen.therefore,when different building projects of transportation system are evaluated,not only should factors evaluating general transportation system be considered,but also other factors such as the ecological environment,living conditions,history and culture should be put in the scope of comprehensive evaluation index through combining with characteristics and requirements of urbanized renovation.in this paper,the basic theories about urbanized renovation of the old port are elaborated and analyzed such as basic characteristics,programming principle and the influential factors.then the theories are expanded to the issues of programming and building about the transportation system.through the above analysis and according to the principles and ideas of selecting evaluation indexes,comprehensive evaluation index system is established which is used to evaluate the projects of transportation system programming in the process of urbanized renovation of the old port along the sea and river in china compatibly.the index system is designed into four levels and five aspects,including transportation functions,the regional natural environment,the living environment of human being,the history and culture and economy.finally,35 representative indexes are concluded in all.on the basis,through the comparison of various evaluation methods,ahp and grey relativity theory are combined to establish the model(the model of a-g) which is suitable to evaluate the transportation system programming projects in the process of urbanized renovation of the old port. at last,different projects are evaluated in an example which urbanized renovation of the old dalian port is used as according to the index system and the model established. it comes to the conclusion to prove the reasonableness of the selected indexes and the validity of the model.【中文关键词】 老港城市化改造; 交通系统; 灰色关联层次分析; 评价模型 【英文关键词】 urbanized renovation of old port; comprehensive transportation; ahp and grey relativity theory; evaluation model 【论文目录】摘要 5-6 abstract 6-7 第1章 绪论 10-18     1.1 选题背景及意义 10-11         1.1.1 选题背景 10-11         1.1.2 研究意义 11     1.2 国内外老港城市化改造相关研究及实践综述 11-14         1.2.1 国外老港区城市化改造研究及实践 11-13         1.2.2 国内老港区城市化改造研究及实践 13-14     1.3 论文涉及的基本概念 14-16    &n
