设计(论文)的主要内容与要求:根据上级有关部门批准的设计任务书,在重庆市永川区某高校拟建一幢5层的教学楼,建筑面积为19923.862 ,建筑高度23.5。要求完成该建筑的给水排水工程设计。即室内外给水及消防给水工程设计,室内外排水工程。设计应符合国家现行规范的规定。该校区内东南角上有一高地,设有高地水池。校区内设有独立室外消防管网,水量水压满足室内外消防用水要求。室外给水管网水压0.4mpa,埋深0.7m,管径dn100.规划教学楼东侧道路设有自北向南污水管道,埋深0.8m,管径dn200绘制给水排水工程图不少于6张。达到施工图标准的工程图不少于4张。设计(论文)的前期准备工作:1)详细了解设计深度、设计步骤,各个系统的布置特点,各种设备的布置特点等;2)熟悉设计的建筑图,熟悉有关的国家规范(详见参考文献部分)等;3)查阅文献资料,撰写开题报告;选择合适的外文文献,做好外文翻译工作。进 给水系统:生活给水利用外网压力直接供水。 排水系统5.管材生活冷水管道采用管,热熔连接。排水管采用管(防酸),6.防腐及保温 吊顶内的给排水管道采用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料制品保温,保温厚度:,7.设计参数单位用水定额:人,最高日生活用水量:吨日 最高小时生活用水量:吨小时,小时变化系数,8.其它说明1本设计标高以米计,其余以毫米计。2排水立管与排水出户管连接处采用两个度弯头相连接,以利排水。3给水系统试验压力0.6,详见建筑给水排水及采暖工程施工质量验收规范()的规定。4隐藏或埋地的排水管应做闭水试验,其灌水高度不低于底层地面高度,满水分钟液面下降后,再灌满延续分钟,液面不下降为合格。5所有三通均采用度顺水斜三通。6排水管凡遇弯均采用自带清扫口的弯头连接。7排水支管大于米增设伸缩节。8管道穿越外墙处设防水套管,管径比相应的管道直径大两号。9卫生器具规格及型号: ()二、设计资料1该教学楼共五层,层高4m,设男女卫生间各一。男厕设蹲式大便器11个,洗脸盆6个,污水盆2个。女厕设蹲式大便器11个,洗脸盆6个,污水盆2个。首层地面标高为0.00,室外地面标高为-0.30。2室外给水管道离外墙1.5m埋设,管径dn100,管中心标高为-1.0m,所提供的最低水压为300kpa。3. 消防用水由室外消火栓给水管道提供,室外消火栓给水管道离外墙2.0m埋设,管径dn100,管中心标高为-1.0,所提供的水压为395kpa。水带长度取20m。4. 室外污水管道离外墙3m,管径为dn300,管内底标高为-1.50-1.6m;室外雨水管道离外墙4m,管径为dn300,管内底标高为-1.80-2.0m。5min暴雨强度为520l/(s.万m)。三、设计计算过程(一)建筑内部给水系统设计计算1. 给水系统所需压力估算计算层数=45/37,kpa,所提供的最低水压为300kpa,仍考虑采用直接给水方式。2. 给水系统水力计算本建筑属于教学楼,故给水管道设计秒流量计算公式采用,其中=1.8。本工程采用upvc塑料给水管。卫生器具当量数确定:污水盆0.75,洗手盆0.5,小便器0.5,大便器延时自闭式冲洗阀6(计算时以0.5计,计算得到后附加1.2l/s)。根据给水管道系统图,确定计算管路,进行管道水力计算,计算过程列入表1。采用当量法计算计算原理参照建筑给水排水设计规范gb50015-2003(2009年版),采用公共建筑采用当量法
