继续教育学院毕业设计（论文）题目：浅谈全寿命周期工程造价管理院、系（站）：西安机电信息技师学院 学科专业： 公路与桥梁工程 学 生： 张 三 学 号： 指导老师： 李 刚 2011年10月浅谈全寿命周期工程造价管理摘要目前我国的建筑工程造价管理远远落后于建筑业的快速发展形势，工程造价管理体系中存在的许多深层次的问题严重制约着建筑业的发展。因此其改革理所当然成为建筑业改革的核心问题。文章首先介绍了目前国际上正在推广的工程造价管理方式全寿命周期管理的相关概念和任务等，阐述了各个阶段控制的重点和原则，并通过与工程造价全过程控制进行对比，得出结论：只有通过对工程建设全寿命的各个阶段进行有效的控制，才能达到对工程造价的最优控制的目的。工程造价偏高是造成我国高房价的重要原因，本文指出在建筑全寿命周期内影响工程造价的若干因素。分析其原因，得出我国建筑业的建造模式是制约和影响工程造价的主要原因，将建筑物的工程造价控制在合理的范围内势在必行。关键词：全寿命周期；工程造价；投资控制；管理Discussing the life cycle cost managementAbstractCurrently our construction project cost management is far behind the rapid development of construction engineering cost management system, the situation of many of the existing problems in depth constrain the construction of development.
