常用的包装材料性能差异的影响因素灰底白板纸和白卡纸是两种常用的包装材料。白板纸是由面浆与各层底浆抄制而成的。其结构主要分为底层、芯层、衬层、面层和涂层等部分。灰底白板纸底面颜色为灰色,由废旧报纸经脱墨而成,所以底层的成分很杂;表面为白色,是一层由高岭土粉、黏合剂等化工原料混合而成的薄涂料面。表层(涂布面)白度较高,油墨吸收性、平滑度和印刷光泽度都很好,纸板本身又具有很好的挺度和耐折度,既能直接用来印刷,又能满足包装的要求。灰底白板纸表面经涂布处理后,表面性能有了很大的提高,既能够满足高质量的彩色印刷要求,又是中高档商品包装盒的优质材料。白卡纸是一种较厚实坚挺的白色卡纸,采用100%漂白硫酸盐木浆为原料,经过游离状打浆,较高程度地施胶(施胶度为1015arm),加入滑石粉、硫酸钡等白色填料,在长网造纸机上抄造,并经压光或压纹处理而制成。白卡纸一般为单面涂布,市场上主要分为sbs和fbb两种,前者以漂白化学浆为原料,两层结构,特点是白度较高,但同等定量纸板的挺度和厚度较差;后者以漂白化学浆作为纸板的表层和底层,而以机械浆为原料构成中间层,形成三层结构的纸板,其特点是在同等定量的条件下,厚度高,硬度好,从而带来良好的模切效果和折痕效果。WwW.11665.coMGrey, white paper and white cardboard is two kinds of commonly used packaging materials.
