人教版新高中英语阅读教学设计方案Senior English ChinaStudents Book 2BUnit14 Freedom FightersReading I Have a DreamI教学内容分析1、“读前”(Pre-reading)是阅读(Reading)的热身活动。 (What do you think of Martin Luther King, Jr ? What can we learn from the text?)2、组织学生复述课文,促进学生对语言的掌握。7、课后作业(Homework):要求学生通过上网查找相关资料,讨论美国的人权现状。将课内阅读延伸至课外阅读,扩大阅读量,提高阅读能力和口语表达能力。IV教案Reading I Have a DreamTeaching goals:1、Target Language:a. words:arrest, separation, race, marriage, forbid, vote, political, demand. boycott, lawyer, racial, discrimination, act, bill.B: phrases:set an example to, from then on, have no right to do, be free to do, separatefromc. sentences:(1)His message was that black people should not be separated but should be treated with respect in the same way as other people.(2)Winning a scholarship gave him the chance to go to a college in one of the northern states, where black people had equal rights and were free to live, study and work as they wished.(3)lt was during the “March on Washington DC in 1963 that he gave the speech “1 Have a Dream, which inspired people of all races to fight for equality.2、Learning ability goals(1)Enable the students to develop their reading skills, like scanning to find details needed as quickly as possible, skimming to summarize the main idea of each part.(2)Try to grasp the above words and sentence patterns.3、Emotion ability goals(1)Enable the students to learn more about Martin Luther King, Jr and realize the hardships and pains it took him to fight for the rights of blacks.(2)Enable the students to develop the correct way they view their life and the world.Teaching important points1、How to develop the students reading skills.2、Try to use the above key vocabulary and sentence patterns correctly.Teaching methods1、Task-based method to finish the reading assignments.2、Asking and answering method between the teacher and the students.Teaching aidsA computer, a projector and a blackboard.Teaching procedures(T:teacher, S:student)Step 1 Revision and Lead-inT:In the last period, we learned about two freedom fighters John Brown and Harriet Tubman. In the picture we can see one Nazi soldier with a gun in his hand arrest a large group of people, including men, women and children. Many Nazi soldiers were marching on the street. And there was smoke and fire. This happened between 1933 and 1945, when Adolf Hitler controlled Germany. He launched the World War two, invading some countries and killed many persons, most of whom were Jews, captured soldiers and common people.
