Unit1 Festivals around the world新人教必修3(第一课时)教学设计-一、教学内容: Warming Up; Pre-reading (p.1)二、课型:口语课二、教学目标:知识目标:正确使用等词汇beauty,harvest,celebration,starve,origin,religious,ancestor,take place,in memory of etc讲述自己的寒假生活。正确使用上述词汇讲述自己喜欢的中外节日的庆祝时间、庆祝内容和方式等,并能给出喜欢的理由。能力目标:让学生了解不同国家的节日名称、庆祝内容和方式,初步了解不同国家的民俗文化,使学生积极主动地参与,以探究者的姿态投入该单元的学习,去获取新信息,掌握新知识,并丰富自己的经验,提高分析问题和解决问题的能力。情感目标:激活学生已有的信息,激发学生的学习热情,使学生从寒假的放松状态调整过来。三、教学重点:正确使用等词汇beauty,harvest,celebration,starve,origin,religious,ancestor,take place,in memory of etc讲述自己的寒假生活。正确使用上述词汇讲述自己喜欢的中外节日的庆祝时间、庆祝内容和方式等,并能给出喜欢的理由。四、教学难点:让学生了解不同国家的节日名称、庆祝内容和方式,初步了解不同国家的民俗文化,使学生积极主动地参与,以探究者的姿态投入该单元的学习,去获取新信息,掌握新知识,并丰富自己的经验,提高分析问题和解决问题的能力。五、教学步骤1. greetingsT:Class begins. Sit down, please.2.Free Talk Ask students talk freely about their winter holiday.T:OK, at first, Id like you to talk something about your winter holiday. Could you tell me how you spent your winter holiday and how you felt ? S: I stayed at home and watched TV ,did some reading.S: I went out to play with my old friends and had a good time togather.S: At the spring festival, I set off fireworks and ate a lot of delicious food at home.T:OK, its good. And Im sure that everyone of you had a good time in the holiday and felt very happy.YES or NO?S: Yes.T:OK, and just now some of you talked of the spring festival, yes? And then Id like to have a discussion about it.3.discussionT:Four students in a group.Discuss the Spring Festival in China. At 8:00 p.m., they will watch the spring festival gala on CCTV. And its wonderful.T:ok, very good!
