编制说明:instructions7-300是siemens公司生产的适合于小规模性能要求的模块化小型plc系统。它具有模块化,无排风扇结构,易于实现分布、用户便利等特点。当任务规模扩大时,可随时用附加模块对plc系统进行扩展。 s7-300 series is produced for siemens company, it is fit for minitype modularize plc system with little model capability requirement . it have modularize 、 no fan configuration , easy to achieve distributing and expedite user etc characteristics . when model of assignments are going to enlarge ,plc system is going to enlarge with subjoin module at any time .为了高速优质完成安装、调校工作,确保装置能长期、安全、稳定运行,特编制plc系统调试方案in order to higher efficiency 、finnly completed testing works ,ensuring equipment can longer time、 safety 、stabilization . speicial compiling this scheme of testing for plc system . 2、 编制依据:gist2.1工程合同engineering bargain.2.2施工图及相关设计文件。working draws and correlative designing files.2.3产品说明书。manufacture instruction .2.4工业自动化仪表施工及验收规范industry automatization instrument project and construction acceptance criterion 3、 系统结构:configuration of system .一台s7-300可编程控制器由以下部分组成:s7-300 plc is making of following parts:1) 电源(ps)power supply.2) 中央处理器(cpu)center processing unit.3) 信号模板(sm)signal moulding board.4) 功能模板(fm)function moulding board.5) 通讯处理器(cp)communication processor. siemens 公司提供一些组件用于安装和运行一台s7-300可编程控制器。以下为其主要组件和功能: siemens company have provide some group wares for installing and running and a s7-300 plc control system ,following mainly group wares and functions :1) 导轨:安装固定s7-300的模板。guide rail : installing moulding boards of s7-3002) 电源(ps):将动力系统电压(120/230vac)转换成24vdc用于s7-300和直流24v负载电路的负载电源。power supply : voltages of power system (120/230 vac ) will be transited for 24vdc .3) 央处理器(cpu):执行用户程序并为s7-300背板总线提供5v电源,还可以通过mpi多点接口与其它中央处理器或编程器通讯。central processing unit : acting user program and affording 5v voltages for s7-300 backboaed trunk line ,also you can across points nozzies connection of mpi and else cpu and pc communication .4) 信号模板(sm):使不同的过程信号和s7-300内部信号电平相协调。它包括:signal moulding board : assorting with different process signal and voltages level of inner signal for s7-300 .following includes:l 数字量输入模板l digit input moulding boardl 数字量输出模板l digit output moulding boardl 模拟量输入模板l simulation input moulding boardl 模拟量输出模板l simulation output moulding boardl 模拟量输入/输出模板l simulation input /output moulding board 5) 功能模板(fm):用于时间要求苛刻、存储器要求较大的过程信号处理任务。通讯处理器(cp):解脱中央处理器的通讯任务。function moulding board : with processing assignment of process signal which these will call for pressing times and biggish memorizer . communication processor : disentangling communication assignment for cpu6) 无源端子盒:用于信号模板的接线。nothing power extrenity box : with connecting cable of signal moulding board7) 接口模板(im):内部连接一台s7-300的各个排,用于扩充i/o。nozzie connection moulding board : inter connecting each line of a s7-300 ,with extending i/o .8) 带有lan连接器的sinecl2电缆:内部连接中央处理器cpu和编程器或个人计算机。strapping lan linker for sinecl2 cable : inter connecting cpu and pc or appliance computer .9) 编程器电缆:将一台中央处理器与一台编程器相连接。pc cable : connecting a cpu and a pc .10) sinecl2总线端子:将一台s7-300与另一台s7-300或编程器、计算机连接。sinecl2 trunk line extremity : connecting a s7-300 and a other one or a pc、 appliance computer .11) rs485中继器:将一台s7-300与另一台s7-300或编程器、个人计算机连接。rs485 repeaters : connecting a s7-300 and a other one or pc、 appliance computer .12) 具有step7软件包的编程器或个人计算机。with step 7 software bag pc or appliance computer :4、 安装installing4.1.1水平安装:必须把中央处理单元和电源固定在安装导轨的最左端,这种安装方式允许的环境温度为0-600c。horizontal installing : you must be fixed the center manage cell and power supply on the best left-end of guide rail . the permit condition temperatures of this installing mode are 060.4.1.2垂直安装:必须把中央处理单元和电源固定在安装导轨的底部,以改善通过系统的气流,使电气元件保持冷却,允许的环境温度为0-400c。vertical installing : you must be fixed the center manage cell and power supply on the bottom of guide rail .permit condition temperatures 040 .4.1.3安装尺寸:plc系统在安装时主要考虑以下几个方面:size of installing: when installing the plc system , you will be mostly think following aspects :1) 保证plc模板必须的散热空间。assuring spaces of the plc moulding board that give off heat needs.2) 留有足够的空间来插上和取下这些模板。 putting apart enough spacing , in order to plug into and leave off these moulding board .3)为电缆敷设留有足够的空间 putting apart enough spaces for cables laying .4.1.4电缆敷设cables laying :户内电缆敷设应根据产品说明书的要求保证不同电缆组之间的间距,以达到必要的电磁一致性。inside-doors cables laying shall call for manufacture instruction requiring , assuring different cable groups ,in order to reach necessary consistency for electromagnetism . 户外电缆敷设除了户内电缆敷设同样的要求外,还应考虑以下几个方面:out -of-doors cables laying expect requiring alike inside-doors cables laying , also shall thinke following aspects :1) 在金属的电缆支持物上敷设电缆(电缆支架、桥架等)laying cables on metallic cable holder (cable supports 、bridge tray and so on .).2) 在电缆支持物的结合之间要做金属连接线。 between cable holder combine shall be do metal connection threads .3) 电缆支持物要接地。 cable holder shall be do earthing .4) 在特殊应用场合,采用必要的防雷击和接地措施。in special occasion , need to do necessary prevent lighting strike and earthing measure .5) 在多点接口mpi网络中,从第一个节点到最后一个节点的电缆长度不能长于50米,如果长于50米,就必须用rs 485转发器。in points nozzie connection of mpi network , cable length from first node to finally node are no more than 50 meters , already must to do rs485 transmiter .4.2安装步骤:steps of installing :4.2.1导轨的安装installing guide rail.4.2.2把模板安装在导轨上fixing moulding board on the guide rail.4.2.3用槽号标志模板indicating slot number symbol for moulding board.4.2.4设置电源电压选择开关setting select switch of power supply voltages.4.2.5连接电缆敷设connecting cable laying .4.2.6接线connection lines4.3 注意事项notice proceeding :4.3.1导轨安装时,必须根据安装要求在四周留有足够的空间when installing guide rail , you must be meet with installation requesting for stay in enough spaces at the around .4.3.2模板安装时,手不应接触元件的针脚以防止静电对元件放电的危险。when installing moulding board , your hands shall dont meet stitch of element in order to prevent danger of static putting out electrication for element .4.3.3电缆敷设应保证不同电缆组的间距,排列整齐、美观。cable laying shall assure spaces between different cable groups , and making its collocate regular 、beauty .4.3.4接线应正确无误,整齐且标志齐全、牢固无松动。 connection lines shall be correct 、no error 、regular 、fixed and all ready syboles . 5、 调校方法:method of testing :5.1通电前的检查:inspection prior to making contact:1) 电缆绝缘电阻符合要求。insulation resistance of cables are compliances with request .2) 核对所有电源线、信号线、通讯总线应连接无误,连接牢固、无松动。checking all power supply lines 、signal lines 、communication trunk lines, and making these are correct、no error、fixed、no flab .3) 电源模板、中央处理器、各信号模板等模板位置正确、固定牢固。power supply moulding board、cpu、apiece signal moulding board and so on ,the position of these moulding board is all right and fixed .4) 主电源开关和24vdc电源开关在“off”位置。the of main power supply and 24vdc power supply shall be off.5) 中央处理器的方式选择开关在“stop”位置。the select switch of cpu mode shall be stop.6) 电源模板供电电源电压应为187-264vac(电源电压选择开关在230vac时)或93-132vac(电源电压选择开关在120vac时)。 power supply voltages of power supply moulding board shall become 187264vac ( the voltages of ps select switch are 230vac ) or 93132vac ( the voltages of ps select switch are 120 vac ).5.2通电试验:testing of making contact :1) 将电源模板主开关合上,此时24vdc输出电压指示灯应亮。the main switch of ps moulding board shall be on, the pilot lamp of 24vdc output voltages shall be light .2) 将4vdc电源开关合上,测量24vdc输出电压应为22.8-25.2vdc。 the switch of 24vdc power supply shall be on, measuring 24vdc output voltages shall be 22.825.2 vdc .5.3运行前的准备:preparing before running :1) 插入存储卡(限于cpu313/314)。insert memorizer cards (limit to cpu 313/314 ).2) 插入后备电池(限于cpu313/314)。insert spare battery (limit to cpu313/314 ).3) cpu内存复位。reset for cpu memory5.4通道试验:channels testing5.4.1组态软件和应用程序检查checking software configuration and programme application :将编程器或个人计算机连接到中央处理器,调出组态软件和应用程序与设计的源程序对照检查,应正确无误。 pc or appliance computer shall join to cpu , for software configuration and programme application with sound design program shall be compare ,making these are connect .5.4.2信号模板检查:checking the signal moulding board :1) 数字量输入模板:在每个通道送入开关量信号,此时模板上对应的指示灯应亮,在编程器或个人计算机显示中央处理器收到的信号应正确。the digital input moulding board : give digital signal into each channel ,at one time , corresponding indication lamp of moulding board shall be light , from cpu signals shall be display on pc or appliance computer , making these are correct .2) 数字量输出模板:在编程器或个人计算机上强制输出每一通道,此时模板上对应的指示灯应亮,用万用表在端子排上测量到的开关量信号应正确。 the digital output moulding board : on pc or appliance computer ,each channel is forced output . at one time ,corresponding the indication lamp of moulding board shall be light correct .measuring the signals of switch are connect on the terminals by digital multimeter .3) 模拟量输入模板:在每个通道上送入要求的模拟量信号(电源、电压、电阻、温度等),从编程器或个人计算机上检查中央处理器收到的信号是否符合要求的精度the simulation input moulding board : give a corresponding simulation signal ( current 、voltage、resistance、temperature ect. ) into each channel . from cpu signals shall be display on pc or appliance computer , making these shall be compliance with accuracy requirement .4) 模拟量输出模板:在编程器或个人计算机上强制每一通道输出模拟量信号,(电流、电压、电阻、温度、等),在端子排上测量到的模拟量信号应符合要求的精度。the simulation output moulding board : on pc or appliance computer, each channel is forced output simulation signals ( current 、voltage、resistance、temperature ect. ) .measuring simulation signal shall be compliance with accuracy requirement .5) 模拟量输入/输出模板:参照3)、4)分别做输入和输出通道的试验。 the simulation i/o moulding board : doing test for i/o channels leave each other , refer to (3) 、(4) . 5.5系统调试system testing :5.5.1单回路调试:single -loop testing :对于输入回路, 在现场从变压器或发讯开关等现场仪表处加模拟的工艺信号,检查中央处理器接受到的信号是否正确。对于输出回路,从中央处理器强制输出信号,检查现场仪表(调节阀、电磁阀、指示仪等)动作、指示是否正常。 for input loops , give simulative process signals into field-instrument(like transmitter、 flowmeter、 rtd、 thermocouple、 switch ect.) . checking signals from cpu if it is correct .for output loops ,output signals are forced from cpu . checking acting and display of field-instrument (like valve、electrical magnetic valve、indicator ect.) , if it is normal .5.5.2报警连锁调试:alarming 、interlock system testing :1) 由相关专业配合进行不带负荷的连锁试验。根据连锁图,使连锁条件都处于正常条件,然后逐一给出连锁条件,检查连锁结果是否正确。first , acting no-load interlock testing with cooperation of relevant speciality. according to logic drawings of interlock , keep interlock terms normal . then give off interlock terms one by one , checking results of interlock if it is correct .2) 由相关专业配合进行带负荷的连锁试验。在单体试车中,使连锁条件都处于正常条件,然后逐一给出连锁条件,检查连锁设备(电磁阀、调节阀、电机等)是否正确。acting burdrn interlock test with the cooperation of relevant specialty .in the single test-running , keep interlock terms normal .then give off interlock terms one by one , checking the acts of interlock equipments (valve、electrical magnetic valve、motor ect.) , if it is normal .6、 质量标准:quality standard :6.1施工图及组态表、应用程序。working draws and correlative designing files.6.2厂家说明书。manufacture instruction .6.3工业自动化仪表工程及施工验收规范industry automatization instrument project and construction
