Range of Survey测绘范围The Surveying Area 【name】lies at *, 【50】km. away from Southeast * with the total acreage of *Ha. Content of Survey 测绘内容2.1 Control Survey (First-class Control Survey, Second-class Control Survey and Detail Control Survey. )控制测量（首级控制测量、次级控制测量和图根控制测量） 。2.1.1 First-class Control Survey should be done by Static GPS Positioning. The precision of baseline should be lower than standard deviation of baseline. Implemental Technique Standards：执行技术标准：4 Charge 测绘工程费4.1 Regulation Reference for budget and charge:Budget and charge for the Surveying-and-mapping Project shall be made with a reference to , on the base of which concessions on price shall be given in consideration of the actual conditions in the surveying-and mapping area. 测绘项目费用预算依据：测绘项目费用预算依据，结合本测区的实际情况，在的基础上进行优惠。a) Charge items and Total price:取费项目及工程款和总价款：Estimated Acreage of Surveying-and-mapping Area: * (*) Ha(hectare)Charge per hectare: Rp. *Total Price (= estimated acreage charge per hectare): Rp. *预计测量面积*万平方公里元/平方公里=*元。 合计总价款： 万元（）。Attention: Balance shall be made according to actual acreage covered in the surveying-and-mapping project.结算时，以实测面积结算工程款。5 Obligation of Party A 甲方义务5.1 Party A shall offer relevant information and technical requirements to Party B within five（5）days from the date of signing this contract. 自本合同签订之日起5日内开始向乙方提交有关资料、提出技术要求。5.2 Party A shall assist the surveying-and-mapping team of Party B to enter the field successfully.协助乙方的测绘队伍顺利进入现场工作。6 Obligation of Party B乙方的义务6.1 Party B shall submit a technical design document within four（4）days from the date of signing this contract and organize the conduction of fieldwork within four（4）days from the date of receiving approval on the technical design document from Party A. 合同签订后4天内提交技术设计书，收到甲方审批的技术设计书后4天内组织测绘队伍进场作业。6.2 Party B shall complete surveying and mapping with good quality and quantity on schedule as stipulated in this contract乙方应按合同要求的工期保质保量完成。7 Surveying-and-mapping project should be completed with all outcomes submitted to Party A for the purpose of acceptance within thirty-five（35）days from the date of signing the contract. In the event that demurrage arising from noncooperation of local villagers, the expiry shall be reasonably extended. Maps, documents or reports for urgent use shall be prior finished according to the need of Party A.测绘项目全部成果应于合同签订后35个工作日内完成并交甲方验收（由于当地村民认为妨碍造成误工、则工作日顺延），根据甲方需要，部分急需用图优先完成。字8 Party B shall inform Party A five（5）days prior to the delivery of all of the outcomes and Party A shall complete acceptance within 10 days from the date of receiving. Party A shall be in charge of organization and responsible for costs or expenses of such acceptance.乙方应当于全部成果交付前5日通知甲方，甲方应自收到全部测绘成果之日起10日内完成验收。甲方负责验收的组织工作及支付验收费用。9 Party B shall submit the following Outcomes to Party A:乙方向甲方交付成果：9.1 A table of Control Points (benchmark).控制成果表一份。9.2 A network map of all control points and a picture files of all cement control points 各级控制点构网图和埋石点略图各一份。9.3 All of original field records. 所有原始记录。9.4 A technical design document. 技术设计书一份。9.5 A technical summary report. 技术总结报告一份。9.6 An inspection report. 检查报告一份。9.7 Two copies of processed digital map recorded in disk (including a framing diagram and a block diagram). 编辑完成的图形文件数据光盘两份（分幅图和块图各一份） 。9.8 An instruction of data.数据使用说明一份。10 Agreement on Ownership , Usufruct and Copyright of the Surveying Outcomes from Party B:10.1 The Ownership of the surveying Outcomes shall belong to *. 10.2 The Authorship of the surveying Outcomes shall belong to *. 对乙方测绘成果的所有权，使用权和著作权归属的约定：测绘成果的所有权归 。署名权归 。11 Terms of Payment支付日期和方式11.1 Initial installment shall be Rp. * which is *% of total payment and paid to Party B by Party A within fifteen (15) days from the date of signing this contract.合同签订之日起15日内甲方向乙方支付首期工程款RP.*总工程款的 %。11.2 Secondary installment shall be Rp. * which is *% of total payment and paid to Party B by Party A within ten (10) days subsequent to conclusion of fieldwork of Party B.乙方野外工作结束后10日内，甲方向乙方支付二期工程款RP.*，总工程款的 %。11.3 Third installment shall be Rp. * which is *% of total payment and paid to Party B by Party A within ten (10) days subsequent to acceptance of the project. 甲方验收后10日内，甲方向乙方支付三期工程款RP. *，总工程款的 %。 Balance installment shall be Rp. * which is *% of total payment and paid to Party B by Party A at the same time that Party B officially submits the integral final report subsequent to modification and improvement of the outcomes according to instructions or suggestions of Party A.乙方按甲方组织验收所提出的意见进行修改、完善后，在乙方提交全部正式成果时同时结清余下工程款RP.* ，总工程款得 %12. The Liability for Breach of Contract of Party A甲方违约责任12.1 Party A should obligate to offer necessary materials on datum and outcomes of surveying-and-mapping to Party B on schedule otherwise shall bear all cost and expenses arising from demurrage. 甲方应按期提供测绘起算资料和必要的测绘成果，否则拖期产生的费用由甲方支付。12.2 *% of the total price of Contract shall be paid by Party A to Party B per day for the delay of balance. 付款时间每拖延一天按合同总价的%支付给乙方。13. The Liability for Breach of Contract of Party B乙方违约责任13.1 In the event that Party B fails to submit surveying-and-mapping results on schedule as stipulated in this contract, Party B shall indemnify Party A any and all losses arising from demurrage hereof, the damages of which shall be as *% of total project price per day. 乙方未能按合同规定的日期提交测绘成果时，应向甲方偿付拖期损失费，每天的拖期损失费按本合同约定的工程总价款的%计算。13.2 In the event that the mapping results submitted by Party B fail to satisfy the requirements as stipulated in this contract, Party B shall continue resurveying and remapping in grant till the satisfaction of mapping results. And otherwise approved by Party A, the period of time for remapping shall be deemed as demurrage. go back to the field or reprocess is obligation of Party B. Rework time as delay time limit from project (except Party A agrees). 乙方提供的测绘成果质量不合格，乙方应负责无偿给予返工直至合格以上。返工时间视作拖延工期（甲方同意除外）。13.3 Information offered by and results or outcomes of surveying-and-mapping belonging to Party A shall be kept in strict confidentiality and shall not be transferred to any third party by Party B, otherwise Party A shall have right to claim for damages arising therefrom. 对于甲方提供的资料以及属于甲方的测绘成果，乙方有义务做好保密工作，不得向第三方转让，否则，甲方有权追究乙方因向第三方转让所造成的同等成果造成的经济损失的责任。14. In the event that one Party fails to implement this contract owing to force majeure, all and any problem arising thereby shall be settled through consultation promptly , the friendly negotiation need to be carried out between two sides following the relevant laws and regulations in time to solve it.由于不可抗力，致使合同无法履行时，双方应按有关法律，法规及时协商处理。15. Other Conventions：Naught.其他约定：无。16. The outstanding issues in implementation of this contract shall be arranged by both Parties in good faith and honesty. Supplemental Agreement signed subsequent to unanimous approval by both Parties shall have equal validity with this contract. 合同执行过程中的未尽事宜，双方应本着实事求是友好协商的态度加以解决。双方协商一致的，签订补充协议，补充协议与本合同具有同等效力。17. Any dispute arising from, out of or in connection with, this contract in process of implementation, ,shall be settled by Parties through friendly consultation.; provided that such dispute fails to be settled through consultation, both Parties agree to submit such dispute to arbitration committee for arbitration (In the case that both Parties neither agree on any arbitration committee in this contract
