《虎妈战歌》读后感(中英对照).doc

早就在各大主流媒体上对这位中国式的美国妈妈有所耳闻，但是那时我对她并没有什么兴趣，心想一定是那种最古老的中国式教育方法，只因它出现在了美国社会所以才变得如此轰动，然而这次看完有关虎妈的采访视频和虎妈战歌的节选却让我对她有了更加深刻的认识。首先我对书本里面的十条规矩觉得非常的不可思议，作者对孩子的要求太严格了，孩子的童年可以说是没有自由的。孩子缺少了自己的玩乐时间，这样的孩子虽然可能会很成功，但是她们有可能不能很好地和同学或者朋友相处，她们可能会患上自闭症。这位美国妈妈给我最大启发的其实并不在于她的教育方法本身，可以说，我并不十分赞同她近乎极端、非人性的教育方法，其严厉和苛刻的程度甚至连中国妈妈都望尘莫及。使我受益最大的是蔡美儿在教育女儿过程中所表现出的自信、坚持、追求和勤奋。她严格秉承中国式的教育方法，这在一个美国家庭和美国社会中就是特例、是不可理喻的，事实也证明了这一点。蔡美儿不仅仅要时刻与女儿斗智斗勇应对来自于女儿们的反抗，她还要有更大的勇气去面对来自丈夫、婆婆、父母，甚至是周围朋友、同事乃至整个社会的质疑和反对。在那样的环境中，一个女人之所以能如此执着地坚持下去，最根本的是来自于她的自信。她对自己的教育方法十分有信心，她坚信自己是对的，坚信自己如今的严厉和苛刻都是为女儿的未来负责，她更坚信自己为女儿所做的选择对于女儿来说是适合的、明智的。有了这份自信，她还要有更大的勇气去坚持，最令我佩服的就是她的这份坚持。在坚持的过程中，她与丈夫无数次争吵，与婆婆无数次发生不快，甚至让女儿当众羞辱气得在俄罗斯红场上边哭边跑不顾旁人投来各种异样的目光。很多次我都在设想，如果我是蔡美儿，我一定早就放弃了，早就在周遭人的质疑声中开始对自己的教育方法产生质疑，逐渐怀疑自己，失去自信，最终选择放弃。但事实上我既不同意蔡美儿的做法也不同意美国的教育孩子的方式，这些方式是两个极端，无论怎样，始终会对孩子的全方位的发展造成一定的影响。在我看来，教育孩子既要严格也要给孩子一些私人的空间，这样孩子在父母的监督下可以很努力地学习，同时也有自己的想法，这样孩子可以更加地优秀，具有创新的能力。中国的教育方式一值都是以严格出名的，那是因为中国的父母对孩子的期望非常的高，都希望自己的孩子的成绩比别人的孩子优秀，希望自己的孩子可以考上名牌的大学，然后能够拥有一份好的工作。父母的这种想法完全是为了自己孩子的未来着想，父母们并不要求自己能够得到孩子的报答。但是。随着社会的发展，许多家长和学校都渐渐地注重孩子的创新意识，培养孩子的独立能力，注重孩子的个性发展，也会更加尊重孩子的兴趣爱好。虎妈战歌告诉了我：虎妈的教育方式可能有效，但是这并不适合每个人，每个孩子的个性有不同，父母们应该根据自己孩子的实际情况因材施教，只有这样培育出来的孩子的整体素质才能是最棒的。Early in the mainstream media I have heard of the Chinese American mother, but I wasnt interested in her, I thought, it must be the oldest Chinese education method, because it appears in the American society and become such a sensation, but after watching the tiger mothers video interview and the excerpt ofBattle Hymn of the Tiger Mother let me have a more profound understanding of herFirst , in my opinion the rules felt really incredible for childrens requirements, the authors were too strict, child childhood can say is not free. Children without their own play time, this child though probably will be very successful, but they may not in good and classmates or friends, they may suffer from autism.The American mother gives me the biggest inspiration is not in her education method itself,in fact,I dont quite agree with the method of education, she is extremely inhuman, its harsh and demanding extent even than Chinese mother.
