扬州大学外国语学院英语专业毕业论文格式（2006年5月25日）一、毕业论文组成毕业论文由以下几部分组成： （1）论文题目（2）摘要及关键词（3）正文（4）参考文献（5）附录（可选）二、毕业论文组成部分撰写内容与要求1、页面设置毕业论文须用A4纸打印（上为2.5cm、下为2.8cm、左、右均为2.4cm，页脚2cm , 行距为固定值20磅）；页码插入页面底端右侧。2、题目上顶行，下空一行，三号字加粗居中，字体：Times New Roman。题目应该简短、明确、有概括性，字数适当。3、中英文摘要及关键词英文摘要及关键词在前，中文摘要及关键词在后，单倍行距，五号字。英文摘要及关键词：字体：Times New Roman，标示语 “Abstract” 和“Key words”加粗，后加冒号加粗；中文摘要及关键词：标示语“摘要”和“关键词”为黑体，后加冒号；内容字体为仿宋。英文摘要一般为6090英文单词,内容应包括论文研究目的、研究方法、研究结论或成果及论文结构等。中文摘要及关键词应与英文摘要及关键词相对应。关键词是表述论文主要内容和信息的单词或术语，关键词数量一般为35个。关键词之间须用逗号隔开，最后一个关键词后不用标点符号。如果摘要和关键词中出现书名，英文时用斜体，中文时请加上书名号。4、正文字号：小四；段落首行缩进4英文字符。 篇幅：40004500英文单词。组成部分：（1）引言。引言标示语“Introduction”顶格加粗，上下各空一行，前不用序号，后不用冒号。（2）正文。正文须有小标题（顶格加粗），要求简短明确。小标题须编序，编序采用以下模式：1.（上下空一行，加粗）1.1（加粗，不空行）1.1.1（加粗，不空行）2.（上下空一行，加粗）2.1（加粗，不空行）2.1.1（加粗，不空行）依此类推。（3）结语。结语标示语“Conclusion”顶格加粗，上下各空一行，前不用序号，后不用冒号。5、引文出处的标注1）英文文内标注 ( In-Text Citation ) 引文中没有作者姓名时引文后用（作者姓 + 年份 + 页码）（说明：专著为作者姓+年份+页码；期刊文章为作者姓+年份） Even as a child, George Mallory was willing to take great risks as a climber, and when there were no trees, Mallory climbed buildings(Jenkins, 2000: 44). （2）引文中有作者姓名时引文后用（年份 + 页码）Mark Jenkins (2001: 44) suggests that Mallory was so involved in climbing because it was the physical counterbalance to a vigorous intellectual life. （3）引用文学作品中的引文时引文后用（页码）In Jane Austens novel, Pride and Prejudice, Mr. Bennet admires Elizabeth because she has something more of quickness than her sisters(p.10), a quality that brings her in line with the definition of his own personality, which is composed of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice(p.11). （4）引用别人引用的引文时引文后用（被引用者，qtd. in + 引用作者姓 + 年份 + 页码），例如: 如果你要引用在 Nat Hentoff 的文章里被引用的Miles Davis 话，则格式为：（Davis, qtd. in Hentoff, 1998: 34） （5）引用两个作者合著的作品或文章时引文后用（作者姓1 and作者姓2 + 年份 + 页码）The most notorious foreign lobby in Washington is the “Sugar Mafia” ( Howe and Trott, 1997: 134) （6）特殊引文引用方法引用1-2行诗句时，用“/”表示一行的结束。 In Logan Braes, John Mayne (1968: 363) writes: Revered by friends, and far frae faes, / Wed live in bliss on Logan Braes. 引用4行以下（含4行）引文时，用引号将引言部分标出且不分行。 Dick Oliver (1999: 24) concludes that all communication industries . . . are moving rapidly toward exclusively digital technology.引用5行以上（含5行）引文时，或3行以上（含3行）诗句时引文另起一段，且引文前后空一行，每行前空10个字母，不用引号，五号字，引文结束后应标注出处，如：In their Introduction to Computer Science with C+, Lambert, Nance, and Naps stress that: The key to writing a successful program is planning. Good programs do not just happen: they are the result of careful design and patience. . . .
