试论影响江西省农民增收缓慢原因摘要：近年来，我国农民收入增幅持续回落，引起从中央到地方及关大人民群众的普遍关注。党的十六大指出，“统筹城乡经济发展，建设现代农业，发展农村经济，增加农民收入，是全面建设小康社会的重大任务。”本文通过分析新时期农民收入结构和来源的变化，及江西省农民收入和周边东部发达省份农民收入增长变化的比较，发现当代农民收入的重要构成是家庭经营收入和劳动报酬收入。东部地区农民收入的增源更加多样化，而江西省收入的增源呈现单一化倾向。在此基础上，分析了影响农民增收的三个重要因素：1，作为增收主体的农民在观念，综合素质，人地矛盾等方面的制约；2，就农业本身而言，在农业经济结构方面，农业流通方面，农业服务方面，农业生产资料方面存在不科学或缺失；3，非农业方面居民消费结构变化影响，非农就业不充分的影响，农村公共产品提供不足的影响。关键词：农民收入，增长缓慢，原因，影响。Title:On Reasons for slow increase on farmers income in Jiangxi provinceAbstract:In recent years, the growing rate of farmers income in our country is continuously coming down, which arouses the universal attention of the whole nation including the central government, the local government and the broad masses. As the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China indicates, a major task for building a well-off society is to make overall planning for urban and rural development in economics, build modern agriculture, develop the rural economy and increase the income of farmers. The paper expounds that income from Household Business Operation and Reward of Labors are the major components of current farmers income by the analysis of the changes in the farmers income structure and source in the new era as well as by comparison between the changes in the growth of farmers income in Jiangxi province and those in neighboring developed regions of eastern part. The income source of the farmers in the east regions tends to be diversified while that in Jiangxi province is relatively single. Based on what aforementioned, the paper discusses three important factors influencing the income augment of the farmers , that is, first of all, as the subject of the income increase, the farmers are restricted by concept, personal qualities, contradictions between the place and its people and so forth; secondly, as far as agriculture itself is concerned, it is unscientific and deficient in such aspects as agricultural economic structure, agricultural circulation, agricultural service and agricultural materials of production; finally, it is also affected by the change of consumption pattern of non-agricultural citizens, insufficient employment of non-agricultural citizens barring agriculture an
