We have invited Mr. Thomas Chow, a very experienced management and training consultant, to address members on this occasion. Mr. Chow has more than 35 years of training and consultancy experience in the airline, tourism, travel, hotel, broadcasting, automotive and retail industries. He has embarked on a variety of research and training projects within Asia Pacific.
