Please consider the following permissions and return them as soon as possible. It would be appreciated if a separate permission is filled in for each child and returned to your childs teacher (not the office) as this helps with administration.RegardsDebbie SkillenPrincipal During the school year promotion of programs and celebrations of student successes is achieved and chronicled through photographs being taken. We would like to have permission for photographs, that may include your child, to be published in the school newsletter, displayed in the foyer, classrooms and library and at times on the school website. (NB: No student names will be displayed on the website photo images) In the event of an emergency at school we would like your permission to move your child to a safer location. The designated area on our Evacuation Policy is the park on the corner of Gregson Avenue and Werribi Street. Technology is part of todays learning. The school requires written permission for your child to access The Internet under strict guidelines. Following is an Internet User Agreement. Please discuss this with your child and return to school as soon as possible. In previous years written permission was required for students to partake in Child Protection Lessons. This is no longer the case but the school will advise you, through the newsletter, when these lessons are to take place and you are welcome to view the lesson content. It is important that family contact information is current. In case of emergency it is vital we have correct mobile numbers. Address information and emergency contacts. If there is a family Court Order this needs to be copied for the school. Without current orders, awkward situations may occur. Please fill in Family Contact Information Update if this has changed since last year. Please return this sectionPERMISSION NOTE: 2008Permission is granted: For photographs/videos to be taken of my child and used to promote and celebrate school programs and successes.
