Duties & Responsibilities:- Developing customer leads through call center, shows, conference and all channels and defining opportunities and make a sales plan to follow; 20%- Work with application engineers/managers to present solutions to industrial customers; 20%- Developing new industrial customers in South China; 10%- Nurturing and maintaining customer relation and improve customer satisfaction; 10%- Pursue business opportunities and win deals to achieve his sales target. 30%- Post sales support coordination 10%1. Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade fact2. Establish & manage sales and marketing strategy to obtain the market satisfaction and attract the new clients3. Establish & develop the strategic plans for new project and identify the potential sales possibilities4. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.5. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.6. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed7. Reporting8. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Create & implement sales strategies for the specified geography and accounts. Identify the sales opportunities and execute the systematic sales approach in selling Kemet electronic devices into the OEMs, EMS and distributors. Working closely with the cross functional departments and provide the account management for all customer inquires Provide feedback to the corporate business group about the competitive environment, market acceptance of devices and identification of opportunities and features for new products/product specs. Organize and participate in the technical seminars, trade shows and sales campaigns.Responsibility:The Sales Engineer(SE) manages the assigned territory, and or key/strategic account team to facilitate solutionsfor customers problems. The SE supports implementation of strategies and directions of the Business Lines withinthe assigned territory and is responsible for identifying and tracking major customer needs by uncovering andanalyzing market trends, customer, and competitive activity. The Sales Engineer is responsible for customersupport in the designated territory and ensuring successful customer design-in and adoption of Akusticatechnology. Skills in global account management, sales systems, data acquisition and analysis, MS Office & SalesF Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Great team work & effective interpersonal skills Requires 40% of time travelRequirements:- Proven track-record (2-5 years plus) of success in business and/or commercial roles. Experience in sales and/ormarketing/ product marketing and/or business management- Experience in customer electronics industries including mobile communications, digital meida and mobilecomputing- Experience working for a North American high technology company. Expert in the Semiconductors industry;outstanding market/industry network and understanding- Engineering background, strong technology understanding in the relevant area. BSEE or equivalent workexperience related to MEMS, Acoustics, Sensors- Process and quality oriented. Experience with a regimented design-in-to-win methodology- The ability to work on several projects simultaneously in a multi-
