SCFC-SHEPR-10.41-R31 OBJECTIVE 目的To establish procedure/method for unloading of NAOH from tank truck into bulk storage tank RMT04. 建立氢氧化钠从槽罐车卸载到储存罐的程序/方法。2 SCOPE 适用范围This procedure applies to the warehouse receiving personnel involved in the unloading of NAOH from tank truck into bulk storage tank RMT04。 此程序用于仓库人员把氢氧化钠从槽罐车卸载到储存罐。3 VOLUME OF STORAGE 储存容量 Volume of bulk storage tank is 12000 litres. Volume of NAOH storage shall not exceed 10000 litres. 储存容量12000升，实际氢氧化钠的储存量不要超过10，000升4 DOCUMENTATION 文件A checklist detailing each operation in sequence shall be used to assist the person in charge of unloading. He must initial on the checklist after each operation and forward the completed form to Warehouse Executive. Stop pump 停泵2. Evacuate area撤出该区域3. Activate Siren Alarm and proceed to enclosed area激活警报，进入安全区域4. Report to supervisor/ manager or emergency coordinator报告给主管或经理或紧急情况协同者Operator has to wear full-face veil and neoprene gloves and protection uniform during the unloading process.卸载氢氧化钠时员工必须戴全脸面罩和氯丁橡胶手套和防护服装CHECK LIST:Please ensure that each step is complied with before proceeding to the next step. Please tick after each step is completed.在进行下一步操作前请确认遵照每一步操作。每一步操作完成后请打对钩Step no.Description of Step步骤描述Tick completed每一步完成后打1)Check the D.O. to ensure that NAOH（50%） is being delivered检查送货单以确认交付的是氢氧化钠（50%）。 2)Install spark arrest behind the vent pipe before the guard 在门卫安装槽车阻火器3)Direct the tank truck to the unloading area指引槽车到卸料区4)Check that existing volume of NAOH in storage tank does not exceed 2000L - total volume in bulk tank cannot exceed 8000L检查贮罐中已有氢氧化钠的体积不超过2000升，槽车中氢氧化钠的体积不超过8000升5)Ensure bulk tank exhaust line insert water in a drum确认贮罐排气管插入桶的水中6)Make sure all Essential PPE and ERP equipment are well on position. 确认所有必须的个人安全防护用品和紧急处理设备都完好到位。7)Get sample for QC testing for QC approval where appropriate取样给QC检测或送给QC检查8)To notify production supervisor if charging NaOH . If is , stop unloading till production finish charging.通知生产部主管生产部是否在加NaOH，如果生产部正在加NaOH，应停止卸料直到生产部加完9)Once sample is approved by QC,Couple the tank truck discharge flexible hose to inlet line of bulk tank 一旦样品被QC认可，用快接头软管连接贮罐和槽车,10)take the key from the Warehouse Executive.从仓库主管处拿来阀门钥匙11）Open the lock .打开阀门锁。12）Close hand valve to plant and HV1102关闭到车间的手动阀 及底阀HV110213）Open hand valve from bulk tank to pump and ZS1101打开从槽车到泵的手动阀和ZS110114）Open the discharge valve of the bulk tank slowly and check for leaks缓慢打开槽车放料阀，检查泄露15)On the control panel, switch the MODE switch to “MAN”在控制面板上将开关模块转换到“手动”16)“START” pump RMT04P1打开泵RMT04P117)Observe the discharge, check for leaks. Stop pump or close valve if there is any leak观察卸料，检查泄露。如果有任何泄露立即停泵或关闭阀门18)When the discharge is completed, keep the pump running for 30 seconds to remove the air inside pump/line卸料完成后保持泵运转30秒，让管道中氢氧化钠尽可能打入贮罐中19)20)Close the discharge valve, valve from soft pipe to pump and ZS1101关闭槽车放料阀，软管到泵的手动阀和ZS1101“STOP” pump RMT04P1关闭泵RMT04P121)Uncouple the flexible hoses over a drum and drain whatever NAOH there is into it. DANGER!
