B,The First Disneyland visitor Dave MacPherson may have been the first paying guest at Disneyland when the theme park opened its gates 50 years ago, but he didnt even have time for one ride. Still, the honor of being the first paid admission came with a special perk: 2.a lifetime pass for four to Disneyland and other Disney parks as they opened. All new employees, from vice presidents to part-time workers, begin their employment by attending Disney University. Here, they learn about the companys history, how it is managed, and why it is successful. All employees are shown how their part is important in making the park a success. After that, the employees go on to do more specialized training for their specific jobs. No detail is missed. A simple job like taking tickets requires four eight-hour days of training.
