Pay Structures,一、Background 1.Market factor Nowadays,with the rapid development of society,there are a number of different job families in organizations.As we all know,the market that we will step into in the future is filled with competition,which lead to different levels of pay.,2.Necessity According to this maket factor,the establishment of several pay structures rather than just one is very important.The nature and culture are considerations for determining how many and which pay structure to have.
