版次:A 实施日期: CISD19-001JOB DESCRIPTION编号: 0810150006日期: 2008-10-15Purpose of this form:A clear & complete job description helps your current staff to be aware of their business target and it also enables HR Department to find the candidate accurately based on the needsCompany Name:Changchun Intier Automotive Interiors Co., LimitedDepartment:Quality Dept.Position code: (by HR) JOB TITLEQuality SupervisorTitle:Quality SupervisorReport to (superior):Plant ManagerResponsible for (subordinate):Quality Engineer, PPAP Coordinator; SQE, line inspector Etc.PURPOSE OF THE JOB Quality control, Quality system operation, continuous improvement;KEY RESPONSIBILITIESExplain the permanent objectives to be achieved by the positionAssist General Manager in development and implementation of a quality assurance strategy including the preparation of respective instructions and manuals that ensure all materials, product parts and components meet all standards.Manage the quality assurance systems including inspections, sampling and the testing of incoming material as well as the products, components and parts produced by the company, according to established standardsLiaison with customer on customer expectation and requirementsPlanning and request for resources for quality assurance system to ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor the product quality performance and take leadership for quality problem solving, corrective & preventive action developed and implemented company wide.Manage and co-ordinate all activities of the quality assurance department.Assigned as Management Representative to monitor the overall performance of quality operating. system and report to top managementAdhere to all plant policies and procedures as outlined in the desktop procedures, employee handbook and the Employee NormsBe responsible for employee appraisal and development in quality department.
