Article 13 of Regulations on the Administration of Rental Housing in Shenzhen (amended on March 23 of 2007) stipulates that, within 10 days of signing of lease, the owner or manager of the house and the leaser shall register with or report to the housing rental administration department. Violations of such stipulations will be punished. 二、依据上述法规，特制定此表，供公安派出所、房屋租赁管理所等政府部门登记使用。境外人士可在房地产中介、物业管理处等机构领取此表。This form is based on the above stipulations and is for registration by local police station, housing rental administration department and other government departments.
