【搜狐教育 - 商务英语考试(BEC)考试时间】2011下半年商务英语考试时间安排与考试流程 排如下：BEC初级：11月26日BEC中级：12月3日BEC高级：11月19日BEC考试流程：BEC考试的顺序依次是阅读，写作，听力，口语。考试一般9点钟开始，但请各位考生以准考证上的时间为准，最好提前30分钟到达。记得吃早餐。如果方便，可以带瓶水，但是注意不要让水影响到你的试卷和答题卡。提前上厕所。检查自己的是否带了准考证、身份证、铅笔、黑色中性笔、橡皮。进入教室，你会发现黑板上写着各部分的具体考试时间。不要慌张，沉着应对。笔试部分：考试开始后，首先会发给你阅读试卷，考试进行至50分钟左右，老师会提醒填涂答题卡。考试进行到1个小时左右，老师会收阅读试卷和答题卡，同时发给你写作试卷。写作45分钟(此为中级考试时间，高级写作70分钟，初级是阅读写作共90分钟）完成。结束这两项试题大约在上午10：45，之后，休息510分钟，你可以离开座位去厕所。休息结束后，开始听力考试，听力有试音，在休息时间进行。听力考试程序如下：1.发试卷、答题卡。2.考试开始播放录音。拆开试卷，检查试卷。有任何问题，在此时间内提问，英语汉语都可以。3.考试正式开始。4.录音播放完毕后，老师确定10分钟后收听力的试卷和答题卡。这里需要说明的是：按照剑桥大学官方的指示，在开始播放录音之后，你才可以拆开试卷，浏览试题。但是中国的考试都是提前发卷的，一般是提前5分钟。所以大家可以利用这多出来的5分钟时间，先浏览第二部分试题，然后再是第一部分、第三部分。口试部分：笔试当天下午或者第二天上午进行口语考试。其先后顺序是按照姓名首字母排列的。一定要注意自己的编号。口语考试程序如下：1.被叫号的人进入候考室候考。2.在候考室内进行分组。由叫号老师分组，一般是14组，28个人同时候考。需要注意的是：候考大约有10-15分钟时间，要耐心等待。利用这段时间你可以和搭档再练练口语，分配好口语第三部分话题任务，定下来由谁先开头，记住两个人别争吵。口语考试采取面试形式，试题由三部分构成，是有关商务话题的简短谈话和讨论。考场内有两位考官，一位负责提问，一位负责评分。评分的考官（assessor）按以下四个标准给分：语法和词汇、谈话组织、发音、互动式交流。提问的考官（interlocutor）对整个测试给个总分。该文章转载自无忧考网：商务英语写作：合作经营的合同格式(2)The cooperativeventurecompanymayentrustPartyBtosellits products,accountingfor_%. Article24 Theboardofdirectorsshallconveneatleastonemeetingeveryyear. Chapter10BusinessManagementOffice Article26 Thecooperativeventurecompanyshallestablishamanagementoffice whichshallberesponsibleforitsdailymanagement.Themanagementoffice shallhaveageneralmanager,appointedbyParty_,_deputy generalmanagers,_byParty_;_byParty_.Thegeneral manageranddeputygeneralmanagerswhosetermsofofficeis_years shallbeappointedbytheboardofdirectors. Article27 Theresponsibilityofthegeneralmanageristocarryoutthe decisionsoftheboardandorganizeandconductthedailymanagementof thecooperativeventurecompany.Thedeputygeneralmanagersshallassist thegeneralmanagerinhiswork. Article28 Thegeneralmanagershallreporttotheboardofdirectorsthe operationconditionsofthecooperativecompanyeverythreemonths,and makeafinancialreporteverysixmonths. Article29 Incaseofgraftorseriousderelictionofdutyonthepartofthe generalmanageranddeputygeneralmanagers,theboardofdirectorsshall havethepowertodismissthematanytime. Chapter11LaborManagement Article30 Laborcontractcoveringtherecruitment,employment,dismissaland resignation,wages,laborinsurance,welfare,rewards,penaltiesandother mattersconcerningthestaffandworkersofthecooperativeventure companyshallbedrawnupbetweenthecooperativeventurecompanyandthe tradeunionofthecooperativeventurecompanyasawhole,orthe individualemployeesinthecooperativeventurecompanyasawholeor individualemployeesinaccordancewiththelawofthePeoplesRepublic ofChinaonChinese-ForeignCooperativeJointVentures. Thelaborcontractsshall,afterbeingsigned,befiledwiththelocal labormanagementdepartment. Article31 Theappointmentofhigh-rankingadministrativepersonnelrecommended bybothparties,theirsalaries,socialinsurance,welfareandthe standardoftravellingexpensesetc.shallbedecidedbythemeetingof theboardofdirectors.Chapter 12Taxes,FinanceandAudit Article32 Thecooperativeventurecompanyshallpaytaxesinaccordancewiththe provisionsofChineselawsandotherrelativeregulations. Article33 Staffmembersandworkersofthecooperativeventurecompanyshallpay individualincometaxaccordingtotheIndividualIncomeTaxLawofthe PeoplesRepublicofChina. Article34 ThefiscalyearofthejointventurecompanyshallbefromJanuary1 toDecember31.Allvouchers,receipts,statisticstatementsandreports shallbewritteninChinese. Chapter13DurationoftheCooperativeVenture Article37 Thedurationofthecooperativeventurecompanyis_years.The establishmentdateofthejointventurecompanyshallbethedateonwhich thebusinesslicenseofthecooperativeventurecompanyisissued. Anapplicationfortheextensionoftheduration,proposedbyone partyandunanimouslyapprovedbytheboardofdirectors,shallbe submittedtotheMinistryofForeignTradeandEconomicCooperation(or theexaminationandapprovalauthorityentrustedbyit)sixmonthsprior totheexpirydateofthejointventure. Chapter14TheDisposalofAssetsaftertheExpirationoftheDuration Article38 Upontheexpirationoftheduration,theassetsshallbelongtoParty A. Chapter15Insurance Article39 Insurancepoliciesofthejointventurecompanyonvariouskindsof risksshallbeunderwrittenwiththePeoplesRepublicofChina.Typesvalue anddurationofinsuranceshallbedecidedbytheboardofdirectors inaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthePeoplesInsuranceCompanyof China. Chapter16TheAmendment,AlterationandTerminationoftheCon-tract Article40 Theamendmentofthecontractorotherappendicesshallcomeinto forceonlyafterawrittenagreementhasbeensignedbyPartyAandParty Bandapprovedbytheoriginalexaminationandapprovalauthority. Article41 Incaseofinabilitytofulfilthecontractortocontinueoperation duetoheavylossesinsuccessiveyearsasaresultofforcemajeure,the durationofthecooperativeventureandthecontractshallbeterminated beforethetimeofexpirationafterbeingunanimouslyagreeduponbythe boardofdirectorsandapprovedbytheoriginalexaminationandapproval authority. Chapter17LiabilityforBreachofContract Article42 Shouldthecooperativeventurecompanybeunabletocontinueits operationorachieveitsbusinesspurposeduetothefactthatoneofthe contractingpartiesfailstofulfiltheobligationsprescribedbythe contractandarticlesofassociation,orseriouslyviolatestheprovisions ofthecontractandarticlesofassociation,thatpartyshallbedeemedto haveunilaterallyterminatedthecontract.Theotherpartyshallhavethe righttoterminatethecontractinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthe contractafterapprovalbytheoriginalexaminationandapproval authority,andtoclaimdamages.IncasePartyAandPartyBofthe cooperativeventurecompanyagreetocontinuetheoperation,thepartywho failstofulfilitsobligationsshallbeliablefortheeconomiclosses causedtherebytothejointventurecompany. Article43 ShouldeitherPartyAorPartyBfailtoprovideonschedulethe contributionsinaccordancewiththeprovisionsdefinedinChapter5of thiscontract,thepartyinbreachshallpaytotheotherparty _Yuan,or_%ofthecontributionstartingfromthefirst monthafterexceedingthetimelimit.Shouldthepartyinbreachfailto provideafter_months,_Yuan,or_%ofthe contributionshallbepaidtotheotherparty,whoshallhavetherighttoterminate thecontractandtoclaimdamagesfromthepartyinbreachin accordancewiththeprovisionsofArticle42ofthecontract. Article44 Shouldallorpartofthecontractanditsappendicesbeunabletobe fulfilledowingtothefaultofoneparty,thepartyinbreachshallbear theliabilitytherefor.Shoulditbethefaultofbothparties,theyshall beartheirrespectiveliabilitiesaccordingtotheactualsituation. Article45 Inordertoguaranteetheperformanceofthecontractandits appendices,bothPartyAandPartyBshallprovideeachotherwithbank guaranteesforperformanceofthecontractwithin_daysafterthe contractcomesintoforce. Chapter18ForceMajeure Article46 Shouldeitherofthepartiestothecontractbepreventedfrom executingthecontractbyforcemajeure,suchasearthquake,typhoon, flood,fire,warorotherunforeseenevents,andtheiroccurrenceand consequencesareunpreventableandunavoidable,thepreventedpartyshall notifytheotherpartybytelegramwithoutanydelay,andwithin15days thereafterprovidedetailedinformationoftheeventsandavaliddocument forevidenceissuedbytherelevantpublicnotaryorganizationexplaining thereasonofitsinabilitytoexecuteordelaytheexecutionofallor partofthecontract.Bothpartiesshall,throughconsultations,decide whethertoterminatethecontractortoexemptpartoftheobligationsfor implementationofthecontractorwhethertodelaytheexecutionofthe contractaccordingtotheeffectsoftheeventsontheperformanceofthe contract. Chapter19ApplicableLaw Article47 Theformation,validity,interpretation,executionandsettlementof disputesinrespectof,thiscontractshallbegovernedbytherelevant lawsofthePeoplesRepublicofChina. Chapter20SettlementofDisputes Article48 Anydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionof,orinconnectionwith,the contractshallbesettledthroughfriendlyconsultationsbetweenboth parties.Incasenosettlementcanbereachedthroughconsultations,the disputesshallbesubmittedtotheForeignEconomicandTradeArbitration CommissionoftheChinaCouncilforthePromotionofInternationalTradefor arbitrationinaccordancewithitsrulesofprocedure.Thearbitral awardisfinalandbindinguponbot
