Crane setup area should leveling and tamp to fit lifting. F1= 68.2 t68.9t 安全/Safe。 吊装选用绳/steel wire rope: 47.5 绳长/Length:12m 2 根/Piece, 钢丝绳的破断拉力/Break Stress: Sb=117260Kg 安全系数/safety factor: K=6 单股许用拉力/single-stranded available stress: P= Sb/K=19543Kg 一弯两股使用单股拉力/ single-stranded stress for double-stranded: P1=19543*0.9=17588.7kg17050kg (68.2t/4); 安全/Safe 钢丝绳的具体受力见附图三所示:wire rope force analysis see the following DWG-3 Transformer 附图三 5.2.2.2 10KV 变压器及盘柜吊装的计算/10Kv transformer & cabinet lifting calculation 吊装参数/Lifting parameters 设备位号 Item No.:TR00321 / TR00322 几何尺寸/ Size 2350*1700*2850 设备质量/Weight: 8t 主吊耳为厂家已安装吊耳/ Lifting lug installed by manufactor 吊装受力(图纸和上图同)/ Lifting Stress (Same as the drawing above) 设备起吊时受力计算/ Lifting Stress Calculation:F1=81.1=8.8t F1 为 80 吨汽车吊受力,工况为:杆长 30 米;工作半径 14.6 米,起重能力 10.0t;具体 80 吨吊车性能表见第 11 项附表 F1-80t Mobile Crane, work condition: boom length=30m Lifting Radius=14.6m, SWL=10.0t 80 Crane WORKING RANGES see the attached table of CLAUSE-11 F1= 8.8 t10.0t 安全/Safe。 选用吊装带/ Lifting Belt Selection:吊装带选用 10t;安全/Safe 5.2.3 设备卸车/ Unload 5.2.3.1 110KV 变压器卸车/ Unload of 110Kv transformer 变压器在吊装前,吊车先进场,进场前先平整场地,场地平整时达到 150T 汽车吊占车需 要的地面压实要求,吊装场地应无杂物等影响吊装作业。 Prior to transformer lifting, leveling ground for crane setup, leveling area fit the requestion of 150t mobile crane, and tamp, clear the sundries for lifting. 变压器使用 150T 汽车吊直接吊至变压器基础上,具体吊装站位和工作半径如下图所示: Lift the transformer to foundation directly, the crane location and lifting diagram see the following: 图示四图示四/DWG-4 5.2.3.2 10KV 变压器、电气盘柜及 GIS 系统柜卸车 Unload of 10Kv transformer, electrical cabinet and GIS system cabinet 图示五图示五 运输平台使用设计的专用平台进行作业。此平台是 7055U-003-DW-16-42-009 图纸上设 计的,平台的设计承重荷载是 25KN/m2。平台使用前必须经过验收合格,方可使用。 Use the special working plate for transportation. The work plate in accordance with drawing 7055U-003-DW-16-42-009, the designing bearing capacity is 25 KN/m2. It has to apply for inspection prior to using, only the qualified work plate could be use. 滚杠选用/roller selection:选用 323.75 L=2m 钢管/ Steel tube 10 根/Pic. 2t 的手动液压推车 2 台。Hydro-trolley 2sets. 10KV 变压器使用 80t 吊车把变压器从管廊上侧运至平台上,如图五所示,然后使用滚杠 把变压器运至安装位置,然后使用门型架子,把变压器吊起,送至安装位置固定。 Lift the 10kv transformer to access plate from piperack by 80t crane, (see dwg-5), and then remove transformer to installation location by roller, hoist the transformer by lifting frame, located and fixed it. 电气盘柜使用 80t 吊车把电气盘柜从管廊上侧运至平台上,如图五所示,然后使用手动液 压推车把盘柜运至安装位置,按设计设计的盘柜顺序固定。 Lift the electrical cabinet to access plate from piperack by 80t crane, (see Dwg-5), and the remove the cabinet to installation location by hydro-trolley, cabinet installation order following engineering design. 5.2.4 110KV 变压器至基础上/ 110KV Transformer to Foundation 变压器到位后,由于变压器室是非封闭的,所以 150t 吊车占车在变压器室的门口,把变 压器吊起,然后使设备的中心落至变压器基础中心上。 After transformer placed, due to transformer room doesnt confined, so setup the 150t crane at the gate of transformer room, lift it and located on foundation. 机具、索具选用一览表/ Lifting equipment & gear list 序号 /No. 名称/Equipment型 号 规 格/ Type 单位 /Unit 数量/Qty备注/Note 1 汽车吊/Mobile Crane QY100H-2 150t 台/Set 1 2 吊装带/ Lfting Belt 10t 根/Pic. 2 3 卸扣/ Shackle 80t & 10t 个/Pic.各/every 4 4 钢丝绳/ Wire Rope 47.5, 12m 根/Pic. 2 证书见附件 Certification See attachment please 5 手拉葫芦/ Chain Block 15t 个/Pic. 1 6设备的安装设备的安装 Equipment Installation 6.1变压器安装/ Transformer Installation 6.1.1 变压器基础安装/ Transformer Support Installation 本变电所的配电变压器基础型钢设计外框是 10#槽钢,内侧是使用 10#槽钢,安装的方式 是立式安装,型钢安装后,先进行防腐处理,然后进行面漆处理。 Sub-transformer shape steel support of substation designed as 10# channel steel for out frame, 10# channel steel for inside, standing installation, painting and touch-up after shape steel installation. 在钢制平台上将型钢的平面及立面分别平整,校直,全长偏差控制在 1-5mm 之内(包括 平面和立面) 。下料时尽量少用气割,以减小型钢的变形度。 Section steel shall be leveled and lined on steel plate, the allowable error of the whole length is 1-5mm. (include horizontal and vertical levels), It is not suitable that cut material with gas welding to avoid change shape. 基础型钢的组对焊接应有熟练的焊工施焊。变压器的基础型钢外框和盘柜基础同时制作。 Assembly and welding of support shape steel on foundation shall be carried out by skilled welder. Transformer support out frame and cabinet support fabricated together. 6.1.2 变压器就位和附件安装 Transformer Located & Accessories Installation 变压器前吊装检查变压器的基础道轨宽度与变压器道轨宽度一致。变压器就位固定必须 依据图纸尺寸进行,对没有设计具体尺寸的则应根据变压器二次出线的 B 相与中压进线盘 的 B 相对准。确定位置后,应用角钢将变压器固定在基础槽上。 Check the support track size match to transformer track size or not, transformer located comply with drawing, if there isnt detailed size, it should according to the B-phase of transformer secondary outgoing cable match B-phase of MV inlet cabinet. After location confirmed, fix the transformer on the support by angle-steel. 变压器在安装合格以后,进行附件安装:由于 110KV 变压器是接线箱、油箱、散热片、 温度计等附件均是分体的。所以安装附件是变压器安装的一个重要环节。使用 25T 吊车 (因最重的油箱盖是 5.5t)配合安装变压器附件,附件安装时注意密封,尤其是油路的密 封件一定齐全、可靠。此安装厂家配合。所有的安装附件完成后,取本体变压器油和待 注入的油各一瓶(500g) ,送专门检验所做油混合试验,待绝缘油检验合格后,进行注油, 注油时注意油标的指示,按照厂家的要求,注至油位。注油完毕, 24 小时后,检查变压 器是否有渗漏,否则需进一步处理,正常方可进行下道工序。 After transformer installation qualified, install the accessories: due to the junction box, oil box, radiation fins and thermometer of 110Kv transformer is separated, so accessoried installation is key to transformer installation. We plan use 25t mobile crane assist accessories installation (the heavyest oil box cover is 5.5t), pay attention to seal while accessoried installation, especially the oil-way seal fits have to completely and properly. After accessories installation finish, sampling oil from transformer body and infuseoil 500g, send to oil mix examinating by professional lab, oiling after examined, oiling to scale according to manufacturer. After 24 hours from oiling finish, check the leakage, go to next procedure if in good condition. 就地的温度计只需在温水里面试验一下保证读数正确,即可安装,安装时在温度计套管 里面放少许变压器油即可。远传温度计,需要用万用表检查一下低温/高温节点是否可靠, 限位点设置的是否合适,温度计应根据设计数值或出厂规定进行整定。温度计盘面应对 着巡检易视处,金属毛细管的弯曲半径不得小于 50mm。监视或保护变压器的二次电缆 外引线、排列应整齐,应有保护措施,接线盒应密封良好,端子接线有标识。接线时一 定分清公用线和高/低温线。压力释放装置出厂已装好,且出厂时已做试验,现场只需检 查引出电接点动作是否正确。压力信号接点应动作正确,导通良好。接线箱安装主要是 保证不能碰到瓷瓶,螺栓固定牢靠。油箱的位置保证是设计位置,保证油箱内没有杂物。 Local thermometer test in water bath to ensure the correct reading and then installed, oiling into thermometer sleeve. 10KV 变压器的安装,由于是干式变压器,变压器按照设计位置固定后,安装温控器,检 查散热风扇齐全即可。 10Kv transformer is dry type, after transformer fixed according to design position, install the thermometer, check the cooling fan. 6.2电气盘柜及 GIS 系统安装/Electrical Cabinet & GIS System Installation 6.2.1 基础型钢安装基础型钢安装 Installation for section steel on foundation 本变电所的电气盘柜及 GIS 系统的基础型钢设计是 10#槽钢,安装的方式是立式安装, 型钢安装后,先进行防腐处理,然后进行面漆处理。 Electrical cabinet support and GIS shape steel support of substation designed as 10# channel steel and installation in vertical, painting and touch-up after shape steel installation. 在钢制平台上将型钢的平面及立面分别平整,校直,全长偏差控制在 1-5mm 之内(包括 平面和立面) 。 Leveling and alignment of shape steel on steel work plateform, control the error under 1-5mm (plane and side) 下料时尽量少用气割,以减小型钢的变形度。 Section steel shall be leveled and lined on steel plate, the allowable error of the whole length is 1-5mm. (include horizontal and vertical levels) It is not suitable that cut material with gas welding to avoid change shape. 基础型钢的组对焊接应有熟练的焊工施焊。型钢与支腿之间采用钢板过渡,为方便运至 现场,型钢应分段制作。 Butt connection of section steel on foundation shall be carried out by skilled welder. Section steel shall be fabricated in sections to be convenient for transportation. 严格按照施工图所示尺寸,并结合制造厂产品样品,测量各种盘柜的准确尺寸,尤其是 确保母线桥的安装尺寸。 Section steel shall be fabricated base on construction drawing or manufactures requirement or the actual size of the panel, where there is bus, the installation size shall be ensured. 采用测平仪测量室内地坪的高低差,找出标准点后,按设计高度进行找平。本装置的预 埋铁土建已经埋设完成。 Measure the difference level of the floor by level, choose a point as reference, level it according to design height. Embeded steel of this project finished by civil constructor 基础型钢的找平应采用垫铁找平,分段找平直采用点焊,待整体找平后再进行最后焊接。 Leveling-off of shaped steel foundation shall use liners, when leveling in sections, use spot-weld after the whole foundation is leveled, weld completed. 基础型钢的安装应符合下列要求: Installation of section steel on foundation shall comply with the following requirement: a、基础型钢安装的允许偏差 允许偏差 项目 mm/mmm/全长 不直度 15 水平度 15 位置误差及不平行度 5 a Deviation allowance for shaped steel foundation: itemallowance mm/mmm/whole length alignment1M. 母线桥安装保证横平竖直,直线度和水平度误差在允许安装范围内。 Generatrix Bridge installation should horizontally and vertically, error cant beyond allowance. 密集型母线桥节与节之间要用专用接地线跨接,母线桥两侧均要直接接地。 Intensive generatrix bridge should jump connection for earthing between two sections, both side of bridge have to earthing. 整体母线桥的绝缘测量合格后,螺栓扭矩值测量合格后,把箱盖彻底封闭。 Isolation value of whold generatrix bridge tested and bolt torque value tested, close the cover is qualified. 以上两种母线桥的软连接安装前,必须测量母线桥的整体绝缘,绝缘合格后,用电设备 绝缘合格后,才能安装软连接。 Prior to soft connection of the generatrix bridges mentioned above, measure the whold isolation of generatrix bridges, install the soft connect if qualified. 6.2.6 螺栓力矩的测试 Bolt Torsion Test 中低压盘柜、GIS 系统、母线桥及变压器内安装的母线,在安装完成后,必须进行力矩值 的测试。一般力矩值的标准如下表所示: MV & LV cabinet, GIS system, generatrix bridge and transformer internal generatrix has to test the moment force after installation, the general torsion force see the following list please: 序号/ No.螺栓规格/ Bolt力矩值(N*M)/ torque value 1M8 8.810.8 2M10 17.722.6 3M12 31.439.2 4M14 5160.8 5M16 78.598.1 6M18 98127.4 7M20 156.9196.2 8M24 274.6343.2 特殊场所使用的螺栓,由于强度等级的差别,所以力矩值不一样,此时以设备厂家提供 的螺栓力矩值进行安装作业。 The special bolt for designated area, due to the strength class is different, moment is different, it should take the manufacture data as standard for construction. 检验每批螺栓的力矩值必须有详细的检验记录,并报验给承包商。 Submit test report of eatch batch to TPT. 7质量保证措施质量保证措施 Quality guarantee measures 严格执行公司质量保证手册和质量体系程序等质量体系文件。 Carry out strictly the quality control documents of our company such as “quality conrtrol handbook” and “quality control procedure” 按工程质量 A、B、C 三级控制进行全过程控制。 Carry out whole course control according to 3-grade Q.C. system. 专职质检人员及时检查工程质量,作好记录,对不合格项(品)要及时提出并监督整改。 施工班组亦要做好自检记录,以备核查。 Certificated quality inspector shall check work quality in time and record, if there is non- qualified products,he shall point out and ensure it corrected. Meanwhile,workers shall take selllf-inspection recppord used for checking. 定期进行工程质量评比,推行质量奖惩制度。 Carry out work quality contest regularly and executes the reward-penalty rule. 按照变压器、盘柜安装标准进行质量检查 Quality inspection according to transformor and cabinet installation standard. 8安全措施安全措施 Safety precaution: 施工人员认真学习安全法规、规程,树立安全第一,预防为主思想。 The workers shall study safety rules and norms carefully and regard safety as the first 施工前,工号工程师应向施工班组人员做安全技术措施交底,提高施工人员的安全意识。 Engineer shall make a safety technical instruction to the workers before startingt the work to improve their safety consciousness. 现场各种电气机具设备必须有良好的绝缘,并有可靠的接地。严格遵守设备操作规程操 作,并经常注意维修、保养。 All the electrical equipments used on site must be well insulated and firmly grounded. Comply with specification strictly durintg operation and maintain them regularly. 起重机械、运输机械在进场使用前必须报检合格。 Crane and transportor has to submit for inspection. 起重机械在作业前,必须办理占道、封道作业许可证。 Apply the road close permit if available. 变电所设备吊装搭设平台时,必须有安全防护围栏,脚手架必须经过专业人员验收合格 后,方可使用。 Setup the temporary access with hand rail by certificated scaffolding worker. 起重机具要有专职人员使用和指挥。 Crane shall be operated by certificated personel. 起重平台必须由专业起重工搭设、确保其牢固、可靠,起重平台要设安全护栏。 Hoisting platform must be built by7certification rigger to ensure its tightness,and equiped with protection rails. 运输盘柜时的小车等专用机具,必须进过检验报审合格方可使用。移动盘柜用的小车, 专用的起重机具必须牢固可靠,在行走中作业人员必须注意保持盘柜的稳定性,以免翻 倒。 The special transportors for cabinet have to inspected and post the sticker. Troller to transport panels, hoisting machinery must be firm and tight. Crane must be taken to keep panels stable during movement. 盘、柜安装过程中禁止使用手锤敲击,使用撬杠和千斤顶移动盘、柜时,应在工具与盘、 柜之间衬垫防止损坏盘、柜的物体。 (例如:包以棉布的木块、橡胶等) 。 Hitting with hard hammer to move a panel is forbidden durintg installation.
