财务管理，并给予了信息的决策支持。它具有实用性强，操作简单，实时性的优点。该书店管理系 统的开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序开发两方面，其中后者使用 vb 建 立起功能完备、易使用的窗体。运用 ado 操纵数据库,从而实现对图书的信息化管理。 关键词：access 数据库；ado；统计 1 引言 随着社会的发展和时代的进步，人类社会正逐步跨入新的信息社会。其中最为 突出的是计算机技术的不断发展，其带给我们的冲击更是越来越大，人们的日常生 活方式和习惯都受到了计算机的影响，各个行业和部门也由于计算机的普及而在逐 渐改变运行模式。 作为知识传媒的书店，当然也不例外。因为无论是哪个书店都有很多销售数据 需要管理，手工管理这些繁杂数据的方式已经不适应时代的潮流，实现数据规范化、 信息化的计算机管理是书店高效运作的必然要求，为了适应时代、工作的需要，所 以开发了这套书店盈利系统以供书店参考。 忻州师范学院计算机科学与技术系本科毕业设计（论文） ii 2 系统及需求 2.1 系统需求分析 从事图书零售工作的书店由于每天的销售量特别大，手工差错率比较高，经常 会出现一些不该出现的错误，即手工操作已不能满足当今业务上的发展需求。为了 提高书店图书管理的水平，越来越多的书店决定采用比较先进的管理工具，即用电 脑来管理图书的销售业务，针对书店的具体情况和商品行业的行业特点，本系统的 实施运行，将能够集中处理图书的销售业务，严格规范书店的图书管理，并利用先 进的管理模式，推动书店的飞速发展。 该系统主要考虑了最为普遍的销售管理需求：进货时入库登记，以便日后查看 和统计进货情况；销售时出库登记，以便日后查看和统计销售信息；能够随时查看 各类信息，如进货信息、销售信息等。除了以上一些基本的需求外，实际上书店盈 利软件需要实现的主要功能是对数据进行有效地统计，汇总及查询，以作为书店决 策、管理分析的重要依据。因此还需要增设一些相应的统计分析功能，如希望查看 某种图书的利润情况和某种图书的销售情况，以便日后的采购能有的放矢，很好地 避免了采购时的盲目性，最终获得最大的收益。 根据以上分析,要求该书店盈利软件具有以下功能: 1、为了便于操作,要求有良好的人机界面,也即对用户较透明. 2、由于该系统设计的数据多,要求有较好的用户权限管理,即对用户限定一定的使 用权限,只有系统操作员才能对数据进行增加、删除、修改等操作，而一般操作 员则不允许。 3、原始数据修改简单方便；由于书店不时的有新旧书的更替，数据也在不断的更新； 还有大量输入的工作难免出错，所以方便的数据修改决不能少。 4、方便的数据查询，支持多条件查询；即可根据图书的不同内容进行查询，如：书 名、作者、出版社等。 5、在相应权限下，删除数据方便简单。 6、多类别的统计功能；该系统的开发的主要思想就是用计算机代替人脑，减少繁杂 的手工数据操作，以提高工作效率，完成盈利统计工作。 7、报表打印功能；在对营业额进行统计后，需要打印清单，这时就需要有报表打印 功能。 忻州师范学院计算机科学与技术系本科毕业设计（论文） iii 2.2 系统可行性分析 进入 21 世纪以来，随着物质生活水平的不断提高，人们对精神文化的要求不断 加强，图书受到越来越多的人的重视。书店作为一个特殊的行业，它的经营管理好 坏对人民精神文化生活起着重要的作用。书店的经营着要想掌握图书营销情况、控 制经营成本，真正满足人民的文化追求，就离不开有效的信息管理系统。在此，我 所设计的书店盈利软件具有如下的特点： 1、 实用性 系统的设计将确实体现出业务需求，本软件提供完整的进货、销售、库存、统 计等功能。有利于客户方便查看、分析等功能。 2、 可靠性 可靠性是一个完整系统所必备的条件之一。一个没有可靠性的软件是没有任何 实用价值的。本系统从以下几点考虑系统的可靠性： (1)编程完全按软件开发规范的要求进行。 (2)完备的系统安全设计。 3、 可节约性 利用本系统可以更方便地查看日前的销售情况。这样便于分析下一步客户所要 做的事。既少花时间、又少花钱，追求尽可能高的性能价格比。 2.3 系统的开发环境 该系统的硬软件要求都是能够容易达到的。下面就此文所论述系统中涉及到的 主要技术进行简要的分析： 2.3.1visual basic 6.0 目前开发数据库的工具有 visual basic、visual c+、visual foxpro 等，其 中微软公司的 visual basic 是目前最为广泛、易学易用的面向对象的开发工具，它 是“可视化的 basic” ，无需编写大量代码去描述界面元素的外观和位置，只要把预 先建立的对象（如命令按钮、文本框）拖放到屏幕上需要的位置即可，而且支持创 建可重用组件，具有快速的程序开发环境，能迅速有效地编制程序界面，使得 windows 编程变得十分容易，能实现一定的技术功能， 所以用 visual basic 开发 本系统是完全可以“胜任”的。故而，实现本系统使用 visual basic 作为开发工具 是个相对较好的选择。 2.3.2 microsoft access 2000 microsoft access 2000 是 microsoft 公司出品的最新一代的数据库应用系统， 忻州师范学院计算机科学与技术系本科毕业设计（论文） iv 是在 microsoft access 97 基础上进行创新的成果，是更易用、更可靠、更快速的 关系数据库系统。access 2000 不仅具有众多简单的传统数据库管理工具，同时还 进一步增强了同 web 的集成，以便能更方便地共享跨越各种平台和不同用户级别的 数据。此外，还加强了易用性，以帮助提高个人生产力。access 2000 还可以用作 企业级后端数据库（例如，microsoft sql server）的前台客户端2。 使用 microsoft access 可以在一个数据库文件中管理所有的用户信息。在该 文件中，可以： 1、表存储数据。 2、查询查找和检索所需的数据。 3、用窗体查看、添加和更新表中的数据。 4、用报表以特定的版式分析或打印数据。 2.3.3 ado 数据库控件5 ado（activex data object）提出的数据访问接口，它实现了 rdo 的绝大多数 功能，另外还增加了一些用户以前没有接触到的特征。 ado data 控件使用 activex 数据对象（ado）来快速建立数据约束控件和数据 提供者之间的连接，并快速创建记录集，然后将数据通过数据约束控件提供给用户。 其中，数据约束控件可以是任何具有“数据源”属性的控件，而数据提供者可以是 任何符合 ole db 规范的数据源。在本系统中的数据连接是使用 ado 通过“数据环境 书的入库、销售、库存、统计等功能，所以根据数据流图将系统功能模块确立为： 1.系统管理 (该模块保证了系统的安全性) (1)修改密码:只有输入正确的就密码才能进行修改。 (2)用户管理：包括管理员姓名、密码、级别，只有系统管理员才能进行此项操 作：如添加新用户、用户维护等。 2.库存管理 (1)新书入库管理：包括图书的书名、作者、出版社、进价、数量、进货日期等， 该功能完成进货信息登记、修改和删除。 (2)库存清单：可以浏览库内的图书，获得一个整体的信息。 (3)库存查询：既可以根据书名、作者、出版社任意一项进行查询每一本库存图 书；也可以使用一个表格显示所选时间段的全部进货数据，包括图书编号、书名、 作者、出版社、进价、数量等。 3.销售管理 (1)图书销售信息管理：包括图书的书名、作者、出版社、单价、数量、销售日 期等，该功能完成销售信息登记、修改和删除。 (2)日销售额：可以计算出任意一天的图书销售情况。 (3)总 计：可以算出总的销售额，并给出总的利润。 (4)销售查询：既可以根据书名、作者、出版社任意一项进行查询已销售的每一 本图书；也可以使用一个表格显示所选时间段的全部销售数据，包括图书编号、书 名、作者、出版社、单价、数量等。 4.销售分析 每次统计都是按销售额排列的，用户可以一目了然的看出各种图书的销售额， 以供进货参考。 3.2 系统功能模块划分 从功能描述的内容可以看到，本系统可以实现以下几个完整的功能。根据这些 功能，设计出系统的功能模块，如图 3.1 所示。 忻州师范学院计算机科学与技术系本科毕业设计（论文） viii 图 3-1 系统功能模块划分图 3.3 数据库设计 以上我们提到的各种功能的实现都离不开数据库的支持，因此数据库设计作为 本系统设计的一部分，不可缺少。开发本系统使用的是 access 2000。从以上的功 能分析和系统流程分析不难看出，本系统需要建立以下几个数据表：“入库表” 、 “结帐表” 、 “管理员表” 。 “入库表”中包括有图书编号、书名、作者、出版社、进货日期、进价、数量 等，结构如表 3.1 所示。 书店盈利管理系统 库 存 管 理 4 系统的具体实现 4.1 登录窗体 该窗体需要输入的信息是用户名称、密码。为了避免非法用户的干扰，对于用 户登录窗体，如果在用户连续输入三次错误密码的情况下，系统将会自动给出警告， 该用户将不能再登录系统。 4.2 系统主界面 功能描述：该模块提供书店盈利软件的主界面，是主系统的惟一入口，该界面 提供用户选择并调用各个子模块，即系统管理模块、库存管理模块、销售管理模块 和销售分析模块等。 图 4.1“书店盈利软件”主界面 4.3 系统管理 该模块提供修改密码和用户管理两部分。若想修改密码，只有输入正确的旧密 码，才能设定新密码。在这一模块中，还涉及到了权限问题。只有系统管理员才能 忻州师范学院计算机科学与技术系本科毕业设计（论文） xi 进入用户管理模块。在用户管理模块中，可以添加新用户和修改密码表。 图 4.2“新用户添加”界面 4.4 库存管理 该窗体包括新书入库、库存清单、库存查询三个功能。新书入库管理完成进货 信息登记、修改和删除。用户先点“添加”按扭，然后输入关于图书的各个信息， 如书名、出版社、作者、进价、数量等，最后点“提交” ，就会出现一个信息框提示 你“图书添加成功” 。而且该界面有两个选项卡，在“浏览试图”选项卡里，可以浏 览库内图书。 图 4.3“新进图书”界面 图 4.3“新进图书”界面 基本功能可以实现,但由于时间比较仓促,因此还存在许多弊端。该书店盈利软件 经过编译和调试，基本功能运行稳定，但不否认存在不少亟待解决的问题， 以 后将从以下几个方面进行研究： 1、考虑用 sql server 数据库,可以更好的解决数据安全和保密问题。 2、对出错处理信息，只有少数有提示信息，无帮助系统。 3、目前采用的是单机版，已经不大适应发展趋势，下一步要更新为 b/s 或 c/s。 4、做更好的界面，使之不仅看起来更美观，而且具有良好的人机交互界面， 易于操作。 通过这次毕业设计，我了解了数据库开发的整个过程，熟悉了 visual basic 6.0 的使用方法，掌握了一些 vb 编程语言。收获很大，同时也知道自己许多方面的 不足，在以后的学习过程中需要继续加强实践。 今后设想：继续完善此系统，把该有的功能尽量实现，使系统真正能为书 into one of his grumpy moods, i decided it was time to take a walk. a long one. i had often noticed that his fondness for me tended to increase as an inverse function of my proximity. he gave me a fancy riding crop for a going- away present-to hasten the process of affection, i suppose. still, it was a very nice crop-silver-chased, beautifully tooled-and i made good use of it. i had decided to go looking for an assemblage of all my simple pleasures in one small nook of shadow. it was a long ride-i will not bore you with the details-and it was pretty far from amber, as such things go. this time, i was not looking for a place where i would be especially important. that can get either boring or difficult fairly quickly, depending on how responsible you want to be. i wanted to be an irresponsible nonentity and just enjoy myself. texorami was a wide open port city, with sultry days and long nights, lots of good music, gambling around the clock, duels every morning and in-between mayhem for those who couldnt wait. and the air currents were fabulous. i had a little red sail plane i used to go sky surfing in, every couple of days. it was the good life. i played drums till all hours in a basement spot up the river where the walls sweated almost as much as the customers and the smoke used to wash around the lights like streams of milk. when i was done playing id go find some action, women, or cards, usually. and that was it for the rest of the night. damn eric, anywayl that reminds me again . . . he once accused me of cheating at cards, did you know that? and thats about the only thing i wouldnt cheat at. i take my card playing seriously. im good and im also lucky. eric was neither. the trouble with him was that he was good at so many things he wouldnt admit even to himself that there were some things other people could do better. if you kept beating him at anything you had to be cheating. he started a nasty argument over it one night-could have gotten serious-but gerard and caine broke it up. give caine that. he took my part that time. poor guy . . . hell of a way to go, you know? his throat . . . well, anyhow, there i was in texorami, making music and women, winning at cards and jockeying around the sky. palm trees and night- blooming wallflowers. lots of good port smells-spices, coffee, tar, salt-you know. gentlefolk, merchants, and peons-the same straights as in most other places. sailors and assorted travelers passing in and out. guys like me living around the edges of things. i spent a little over two years in texorami, happy. really. not much contact with the others. sort of postcard like hellos via the trumps every now and then, and that was about it. amber was pretty much off my mind. all this changed one night when i was sitting there with a full house and the guy across from me was trying to make up his mind whether or not i was bluffing. the jack of diamonds began talking to me. yes, that is how it started. i was in a weird frame of mind anyway. i had just finished a couple very hot sets and was still kind of high. also, i was physically strung out from a long days gliding and not much sleep the night before. i decided later that it must be our mental quirk associated with the trumps that made me see it that way when someone was trying to reach me and i had cards in my hand-any cards. ordinarily, of course, we get the message empty-handed, unless we are doing the calling. it could have been that my subconscious-which was kind of footloose at the time-just seized on the available props out of habit later, though, i had cause to wonder. really, i just dont know. the jack said, “random.“ then its face blurred and it said, “help me.“ i began getting a feel of the personality by then, but it was weak. the whole thing was very weak. then the face rearranged itself and i saw that i was right. it was brand. he looked like hell, and he seemed to be chained or tied to something. “help me,“ he said again. “im here,“ i said. “whats the matter?“ “. . . prisoner,“ he said, and something else that i couldnt make out. “where?“ i asked. he shook his head at that. “cant bring you through,“ he said. “no trumps, and i am too weak. you will have to come the long way around“ i did not ask him how he was managing it without my trump. finding out where he was seemed of first importance. i asked him how i battlement, i cant be sure. it was far from amber, somewhere where the shadows go mad. farther than i like to go. stark, with shifting colors. fiery. day without a sun in the sky. rocks that glided like sailboats across the land. brand there in some sort of tower-a small point of stability in that flowing scene. i remembered it, all right. and i remembered the presence coiled about the base of that tower. brilliant. prismatic. some sort of watch-thing, it seemed-too bright for me to make out its outline, to guess its proper size. then it all just went away. instant off. and there i was, staring at the jack of diamonds again, with the guy across from me not knowing whether to be mad at my long distraction or concerned that i might be having some sort of sick spell. i closed up shop with that hand and went home. i lay stretched out on my bed, smoking and thinking. brand had still been in amber when i had departed. later, though, when i had asked after him, no one had any idea as to his whereabouts. he had been having one of his melancholy spells, had snapped out of it one day and ridden off. and that was that. no messages either-either way. he wasnt answering, he wasnt
