This system is replacing the carrying of passports, Role check list, and Disney applications, and so on. Below is the Recruitment timeline, as you may be familiar with. The process of our Fall recruitment trip consist of: Step 1: Prescreening the students (September 2nd, 2013 Step 2: Accuplacer English test (Students Must take before September 20th, 2013) Accuplacer, please make sure that students correctly fill in both first & Last name *(First letter capitol and rest are lower case), Address is *(University name in English) and Most frequently used Email address that will be used for both Montclair and Disney throughout their internship. Step 3: MSU Online Application (depending on passing candidates),Step 4: The passing Accuplaer candidates, Students names and emails will be sent to Julie, WDW recruiter and she will input them in the Kenexa system. An auto generated email, will be sent called the (direct consideration letter). This will ask students to create a user name and password. Then apply to The Walt Disney World Internship College Program. Also, the students will have to go back into the site and choose their specified date of presentation & interview. So that is their dates confirmed will match up to Julies Recruitment schedule i order to check students in the day of the presentation. This New application process is deadline oriented and its a must that the students follow every single detail! If students miss deadline of uploading or completing applications or anything needed for the WDW company, and students can be removed from the process. We hope that this doesnt happened to anyone. Step 5: Presentation/interview day at University (Students Must Bring Resume & Cover Letter Only) Also, for Presentation/interview day, * Please be make sure WIFI/ Ethernet cable is available for the recruiters in the Presentation & Interview rooms. This new Kenexa system will automatically updated all information for attendance, and interviewing process, so that
